Amazing place, very friendly staff and great food. Nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Patong and lovely little pool for a cool down.

Great stay

This was a wonderful stay! It is located in a perfect location walkable to patong beach, near restaurants and not far from bangla road either. It’s easy to take taxi from there by grab or bolt as well. The hotel staff was amazing, I got food poisoning and they helped me to feel better right away by bringing essentials to room. Room was always clean and comfortable and had a balcony. Would stay again!

I booked a room on the second floor to make sure to avoid the pool noise. Unfortunately that room is a family room but I'm a solo traveler, the hotel owner told me it's accidentally overbooked and asked me politely to move to the single room and give the family room to a family that will checkin that weekend as they need it more than i do! I insisted to be only upgraded to third or forth floor but the hotel was down grade me to a in-fron-of-pool room which is cheaper and A LOT louder plus full of Mosquitos. This is the first time i'm so grateful that i booked the room via the agency, Expedia, otherwise i would not get a full refund :(

Leider hat sich nach 15 Jahren das Management geändert,so war es für mich kein Heimkommen mehr. Dadurch hat sich natürlich auch die Herkunft der Gäste geändert,exotischer als vorher. Manchmal waren die etwas laut und haben die Privatsphäre vor dem Zimmer nicht respektiert. Es war trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt,aber für mich wohl das letzte Mal.

El hotel está ubicado al final de la playa en patong beach a 5 minutos caminando, es un hotel muy pequeño y con mucho calor aunque tiene aire acondicionado No aceptan tarjetas de crédito entonces tienes que llevar ese dinero previsto para tu llegada.

after reading nice reviews i booked this hotel for 6 nights, but it was a big...big mistake: the furniture was very old and smelt very bad, it was impossible staying there, so the staff changed the room. in the new room the air from air condition smelt moldy. i asked to the staff if it was possible to clean the filter, but he said that they clean the filters every months. i answered him that i know when air conditioner filters are not cleaned and that one was cleaned a long time ago. the staff told me that he couldn't clean the filter and the hotel was a "budget hotel" after half night i decided to run away from this hotel despite i paid for 6 nights and for the same price i found a better one in the centre of patong. don't believe what you read about this hotel:: the swimming pool, for exemple, is smalli and a lot dirty and if you swim there you risk to get sick. the hotel is far from the centre of patong, around the hotel there many rats and the light in the night is not enough in the street.

Great value

Very basic but clean. Great value which including great air conditioning, free water, hair dryer and toiletries. The view was not good but just out the hotel you’re soon onto the promenade. Don’t turn left unless you want mass tourism, turn right to the prettier beach. Quiet at night and comfortable. Very polite owner always smiling. Just don’t expect too much out of the look of the place and it’s grest place. We didn’t go in the pool, it was tiny and uninviting. Hire a scooter from across the road and get out of Patong. We went north one day and south the next - it’s dtunning once you’re away from the seedy area of Patong.
