Two story home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Two bedrooms one includes a queen and the other a full size bed with a bath upstairs including a loft that has a pull out sofa bed. Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood close to the baseball stadium. Lovely back yard and well supplied kitchen to cook meals. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property.

Spring training

We were here for baseball, this was very convenient to royals and mariners,but also easy to get on highway for other stadiums. Quiet neighborhood, great for morning walks

Very clean property

The air plug-ins were overwhelming. A few more instructions for the TV and fans would be helpful. We are use to VRBO's that have soap and shampoo but there are stores close by. A few pamphlets on nearby attractions and restaurants are always helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Surprise winter getaway

This was our third year to stay at this property, and fully enjoy the location, cleanliness, and layout. The owner is very accommodating and always responsive with her communication. We have booked again for next year and already looking forward to it!

Nice property in an excellent location

Very comfortable home and well kept. Easy walking distance to major league spring training facitiy. Quiet neigborhood with a short drive to major road connections that lead to many places of interest.

Review

The house is fine. Well furnished and clean. Good location. Only minor complaint was that there was no garage door opener. We had to get out of the car, unlock the front door and open the garage from the inside every time.

Overall an OK place

Overall, compared to other rental properties, I'd rate this one decent. On the positive side, it was as described, although the spaces looked a little bigger in the pictures (that's normal these days, it seems). We didn't think the bed linens were fresh (and my wife always knows), and there's way too much furniture in the dining room for what the place needs. Knicknacks are abundant and there weren't any of the normal typical perks like coffee or some snacks for late night arrivals. The neighborhood is great and it's easy to get to and from the house. The host had excellent communication.

This property has great potential! It does however need some TLC. The backyard is in poor shape, many lights do not work, the smoke detectors are either dismantled or have dead batteries, and communication is poor. We received the door code but no address for the home, there is no information on the location or access to the 'communal pool', no information on internet access and only 1 TV channel in English. The house is well equipped, perhaps too much so ... a little purging in the kitchen would make help especially of those utensils that are old and not longer cleanable. The location is great and with some TLC this will be a great rental property.

Great location for a couple of golfers

Liked the location and the house. Light switches in bedrooms didn’t function but there were table lamps. Small complaint, there was only one cereal bowl, maybe a quick trip to IKEA would solve it. Bottom line, I’ll come back.

Nice home away from home.

Enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and location was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again next time in Surprise.
