The host is extreme nice. The house is awesome, very clean and tidy. The location is also good which the house is just 5-10mins walk to the beach and 15mins to the beach centre for dining.

The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom had a very large shower. However, there wasn't much sound proofing, and the 5 rooms were very close together. I also found it disconcerting to have the owner appearing whenever we entered the property - probably because of the bells on the guest door. Normally, I book a serviced apartment, so the set-up had too little privacy for my liking. However, if you're happy with a boarding house arrangement, this accommodation is clean, in a reasonable location and has a large ensuite.

Arrived late and was still warmly greeted by the owners and felt this place is a home away from home except looks more like a 3 star hotel. highly recommended and will stay again next time in Rockingham
