Located in the heart of the historic center, 200 m from the Saint Front cathedral and opposite the Périgord art and archeology museum.
This studio is ideal for strolling through the alleys of the medieval town, discovering its Gallo-Roman remains and enjoying the restaurants, markets and shops nearby.

During the summer, you can enjoy several events organized throughout the summer in the city center (gourmet nights, international MIM MIMOS festival).

Plein centre ville historique
Studio agréable, correspondant à l'annonce, bien situé dans le centre-ville historique de Périgueux, avec des solutions parking et commerces à proximité. En septembre, un peu de bruit le matin et le soir à l'heure de rentrée et sortie des bureaux et des écoles si l'on ouvre la fenêtre seulement. Le petit immeuble d'un étage ne paie pas de mine, mais il ne faut pas s'y attacher au regard du charmant studio qui vous attend.
