Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super mit einem phaenomalen Ausblick aufs Mittelmeer. Die Wohnung war für spanische Verhältnisse sehr sauber. Das einzige was aus unserer Sicht schlecht war, war die Wendeltreppe, aber dazu muss ich sagen wir waren 2 ältere Ehepaare und für jüngere sollte es kein Problem sein. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Würden es jederzeit wieder mieten. Auto ist empfehlenswert. *****

Appartement tout confort ! Points forts : large vue sur la mer, bruit de fonds des vagues, la place de parking, la piscine avec vue magnifique.Tout est accessible à pieds en 15-25 mn. La remontée sur la colline fait transpirer mais c est tellement agréable de se balader au gré des rues et ruelles.

Très bon emplacement, mais mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Très bon accueil. L’appartement est idéalement placé, au calme et offrant une très belle vue que ce soit de la terrasse ou de la piscine. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et la climatisation dans la chambre est très appréciable et elle mériterait d’équiper également la seconde chambre. Dommage cependant que tout cela soit terni par des mauvaises odeurs de canalisation au quotidien, rendant même la salle d’eau du rdc inutilisable.

Rundherum gelungene Ferien

Das Appartement hat eine tolle Lage mit einzigartigem Blick von der schönen, großen Terrasse. Die Ausstattung ist top: vollständige Küchenausstattung mit allem, was man braucht, sogar Induktionsherd; Betten sehr bequem; angenehm auch die Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich. Die Poolanlage ist traumhaft, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Super freundlicher, unkomplizierter und angenehmer Kontakt sowohl mit der Vermieterin als auch mit der Agentur vor Ort. Winzig kleine Kritikpunkte - eher in Richtung der örtlichen Agentur: Das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht wirklich sauber, als wir die Wohnung übernommen haben. Und bei den Handtüchern, die von der Agentur gemietet werden konnten, sind wir anderen Standard gewohnt. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir gerne wieder!

Appartement un peu chère pour la semaine

Bonjour, c’est une jolie ville avec son château très touristique et de sa plages de 4,5 kms mais la mer est souvent agitée donc on ne peut pas aller sur les cricks il n’y a pas beaucoup d’animation ni de marcher locaux L’appartement il manque une climatisation car il est exposé en plein soleil puis il y a beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine c’est très désagréable Je le trouve un peu chère pour la semaine bien qu’il a des atouts Merci

VUE SPLENDIDE

Nous étions un couple avec une ado. La vue est superbe de la terrasse et de la piscine. Par contre vis à vis important sur la terrasse. L'appartement est très bien équipé, dans un quartier calme et stationnement privatif. Il faut savoir quand période estivale le stationnement est très compliqué à Peniscola.
