Located in the Arrowleaf Condos in upper Deer Valley on Empire Pass nearby the Montage resort.
2 bedroom 2.5 bath, plus new custom queen sleeper sofa
Modern Mountain resort setting Luxury, warmth, all new furniture, very high end luxury bedding, art and kitchen supplies. Cook’s kitchen top of the line appliances, All Clad pans, Insta-pot, popcorn maker, waffle maker, Cuisinart toaster, Cuisinart blender/mixer,
Wolf range sub zero fridge Wine cooler. Asko super quiet dishwasher. Put together some chili in the morning in the InstaPot and come home for lunch to a nice hot hearty meal.
Condo is located on the slope of Silver Buck ski run which has its own high speed quad lift seconds away from your door.Take the elevator down to your own ski locker in a large, comfortable locker room., suit up and walk out to the slope. Lift ticket sales next to the lift or purchase on line. You'll never wait in those long Deer Valley lifts lines in the main area.
The condo has just gotten a total makeover with all new furnishings from a custom sofa, beds, high end linens, thick towels, 50" smart TV's and white paint to make it brighter than others in the building. Not your typical rental to be sure.
Downstairs on the main floor free coffee, tea and hot chocolate awaits to warm you up before hitting the slopes. In the evening enjoy playing pool, hanging out on the comfortable chairs, play a game, read a book, say hello to fellow skiers. Hot tubs and fire pits just outside the ski locker door are always waiting for you.
There is a garage for your car if you choose to bring one with direct access to the elevator. I can also offer a free ride service exclusive to Empire Pass with van shuttling you to Main Street for dinner or anywhere within the Park City area. They operate much like Uber and Lyft where you call for a ride and watch their approach on your smart phone so there's no need to wait outside. More importantly, no driving in the snow after dinner. Have that glass of wine. Come for Sundance and you'll really appreciate this door to door service. If you choose to stay home and cook, you have a well stocked kitchen, wine fridge and large TV's. Outside the ski locker door you'll find hot tubs, fire pits and grills for your use.

Perfect vacation getaway!

Excellent location

Kathleen's condo is spacious and well-appointed. The best thing, though, is the location. True ski-in, ski-out and the Silver Strike lift, which serves the vicinity, never had a line!

Excellent Location!

This property is a true ski in/ski out, the location is perfect for the skiing family… we loved the Empire shuttle service provided and took it downtown to Main Street often! The property had everything you needed and MORE, Kathleen was an excellent host and responded so quickly!! We look forward to returning!

Wonderful winter getaway

This is a fantastic place for an amazing ski getaway. My wife and our 3 kids fit perfectly. The ski in and out was perfect. One of my favorite lifts at Deer Valley. The amenities were really fun for us as well (hot tub / pool table / shuffle board / hot cocoa machine).

Ski heaven

We have stayed at many DV properties over the years, and this one is easily the best! The owner clearly took the time and effort to make us feel like we were going to our second home. Everything we could have wanted was already thought of in this wonderful property. Additionally, the location is second to none, true ski-in ski-out. We plan to come back and stay there again.

Great location! The owner communicated everything. Bummer that fireplace was broken (because it was single digit temps), but other than that everything was excellent. Very clean property with all expect amenities. Highly recommend. The free shuttle to town was an amazing extra.

This condo was great for our family! The communication with Kathleen was fantastic, the location is amazing and the unit itself was ideal, including the welcome treats, which was a thoughtful touch and said a lot about Kathleen’s hospitality and pride as a host.

Mountain Magic

We stayed for a wedding weekend with friends. Many if the weekend events took place at Stein Erikson lodge but we wanted a bit more privacy from the crowd and this was a perfect 2 bedroom location. Close enough to drive down to shops and restaurants, perfectly clean and convenient kitchen and bathroom… it was exactly what we needed.

Great Stay

Loved this rental. Exactly as advertised. Was worried because we usually stay off Main Street but using the free shuttle to the complex was great. It is very pretty with Mountain Views. We walked every night. Condo itself is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend

Family ski trip, one week and a ton of skiing

Outstanding location and place! Just as a heads up the portable humidifiers need replacing. Otherwise, really looking forward to coming back. Ski in/out so easy. Great amount of garage space too for a large suv. If you don’t rent a car, free shuttle to park city is so convenient.

Great condo!

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable for our family of five. The free transportation service was especially convenient for getting around Deer Valley and Park City. Easy check in. Our only small complaint was that there was no coffee service offered in the lobby while we were there.

Amazing Location Beautiful Condo

This is a well appointed, fantastically located condominium right on the trail underneath the Silver Strike lift at Deer valley. This was a very comfortable two bedroom condo with enough space to spread out and A well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The manager was very responsive, it is her home, and everything went very smoothly. One of the best parts of this condominium is the app that you can use to call an on demand, free shuttle service to take you anywhere you would need to go in Park City. We used the shuttle service every night and it was super convenient and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this condominium for all of the reasons in this review.

Quality unit, ski-in ski-out, felt like a home

Had all the basic necessities. Quality construction. Great access to skiing with convenient locker rooms. Love the distance from the elevator too so very minimal equipment lugging! Some minor items I sent to owner so hopefully can get them resolved like broken humidifier and light bulbs.
