The apartment would have been the perfect stay for my family of 5, however, I did not like that I could not get in touch with anyone when we locked our key in the apartment. I had to pay 200 euros to get a locksmith to unlock the door for us. Pros: Very clean. Chicsuite élégant was big enough for my family of 5. ( 3 daughters 15, 13, 11) Not spacious bedrooms but we made do with the shelving and we put the suitcases in the living area. We made use of the fridge, stovetop and microwave. Dishwasher doesn't work very well but wasn't expecting that so we just washed by hand. Nice residential area and conveniently located. Shops and restaurants nearby. 20 minute walk to the louvre. Cons: Very upsetting that Fredrick forgot his phone at his mother's and was not able to get back to me until 2 days later. There is a keypad outside the door and would have liked the code to get in so to have avoided the unnecessary 200 euros. He said I should have emailed him. There should have been at least 2 keys at the very least. In the email we received, it says to call/text or email in an emergency between 9am - 7pm. (I called at 8pm). So what happens if there is a situation that needs to be rectified after 7? The next day, the toilet got clogged, no plunger and I didn't bother to contact Fredrick. We bought a plunger so now there is one in case you need it. Overall, I liked the apartment...it suited our needs but I would not go back knowing that we are on our own in an emergency.
