Quite and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay it was quite, peaceful away from all the partying, beach was private not alot of people everyone was very nice and welcoming. Family friendly. Access to shopping, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Bike weekend

Great little Mom & Pop hotel still managed by it's owners. The rooms are always clean, great Old Florida atmosphere, property was quiet at night, even with the Biker groups that were there. Perfect spot close to the sand and water, still fairly priced, plus Charlotte and Lori go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. I hate to leave a good review because I'd like to keep this place a secret for as long as possible.

Location of my room being beach side,biggest plus of all no steps to get down to beach,step off level with sand patio,only way i can do it anymore due to knee replacement,Lori at check in was very sweet,helpful!!!!

We honestly enjoyed staying there more than our normal newer condominiums. The pool and beach are so close and the staff is amazing! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and laid back! Our new favorite place and i hate to say it but I'm a hotel/condo snob. We throughly enjoyed our trip and was pleasantly surprised! We will be going back.

The place was really close to the beach. The people running it was nice. The plumbing is terrible!! Showers are really small. We had to change rooms on our last night because of the plumbing problems Really irritating!

We chose this place several years backs me we loved it. This year we booked a room for 2 queen beds and a full kitchen on the ocean side to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived into town the front desk lady called us with an issue about a power outage. We got to the office a she aggressively stated we only had 2 options. 1 to take a room with only one bed and a full kitchen across the street from the ocean, and 2 we could take a room with no kitchen and a mini fridge on the ocean side. We still had to pay full price even though we were down graded. The room we got was filthy, the bathroom was a nightmare. It had possibly the smallest shower in the world. The shower knobs were falling off the wall and it only had scolding hot water. The floor was molding and the water came out brown. The entire place is falling apart and honestly should be inspected by the state.

Room is outdated and the floor had soft spots which required my 165lb self to be cautious when walking around. Very convenient to the beach though. I’m going to stop going to Panama after going there for the last 30 years. The price to stay is not worth it anymore.

Small, parking, outdated and overall poor condition, window air conditioner, not enough kitchen dishes to cook with on dirty stove, I would not consider this for families. No dresser, hangers, or anywhere to hang a wet towel. Over all very poor

Pool was not operating. AFTER we arrived we were told the property was sold and would be closing the day after we were scheduled to leave. Not sure if that was true but it did make a good excuse for the pool. No discount for the pool being closed. The room was old,but appeared clean and the staff was friendly. Wouldn't stay there again even if it still exists.

Enjoyed our stay but the room needs updating. The floor wasnt level, flooring was coming up, shower height was low, and the water went from hot to cold randomly. The bathroom door was hard to close. Location was great.

Quiet little place out of the busy PCB area. Not fancy, but very quaint and great for families. Small, but equipped kitchen and great water pressure. Came for a girls' trip and the only time we left the property was to go snorkeling at the state park.

This place looks a little worn on the outside, but delightful on the inside. The staff is excellent and helpful. It was quiet at night too. Very family friendly and even had tables chairs and grills to use. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. We were right on the beach with a view to die for. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be booking here again!

Only good thing was that it was on the beach.

I went in with less than average expectations, because it was a place more on the cheaper side. Which meant I didn’t expect anything fancy. But there was no hospitality. We had to bring your dirty towels to the office in order to get new clean ones. It was required to take your trash to the dumpster by the road, instead of having staff change out the trash. •The kitchen/bedroom/bathroom smelled like mildew the whole time which caused all of our belongings to smell like it as well. •Door leading outside didn’t have a good seal so we could see daylight coming in the room all around the door trim. •Windows were flimsy & moved when barely being touched. •There was rust & stains on the refrigerator.
