The condo was nice, front door needs to be fixed to latch properly. Property can be pretty loud at night, settles down around midnight. Parking garage can be backed up, 11 floors takes time to go down so plan ahead to give extra time if leaving for an event. Elevators are horrendous - got stuck one night and dropped a floor before finally getting out. Extremely long waits for elevators, sometimes up to 30 mins, always one or two broken, too many people overloading them. 21 floors isn’t an option for taking stairs. Pool was nice, beach was good, except didn’t know to bring beach chairs and umbrellas or pay $45/day to rent. Overall, great views, nicely decorated condo and good beach location.

Nice stay. Could use some work.

This condo has a nice view of the pool and ocean. The condo itself is very nice. There were a couple of things to be noted. The floors definitely left my kids feet black. The couch needs to be replaced or at least a slip cover. The door to our bedroom needed to be cleaned. I wiped it down because it was nasty. Bedroom with view also needs some table or chair to put stuff on. I think maybe a bench at the end of the bed or something. The oven also could be replaced. We could hardly read any of the writing to know which way was what. With that said, it was a nice stay. The owner was super nice and tried to help me through a mixup. I would recommend.

Book this property! You will not regret it! The pictures are amazing and it looks even better in person! My family and I stayed here, we have a 15 y/o and a 5 y/o and they loved it! The location is perfect!

Beautiful condo and location!

The condo was perfect for our stay. It’s beautifully decorated, has all the housewares you need, is conveniently located to restaurants and a Walmart and was right on the beach. Extra large balcony with lots of seating was a huge plus. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had a couple questions our first day there and the owner and manager were super quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends! Doesn’t come with beach chairs, but 2 chairs and an umbrella were only $45/day to rent. Property had a really large outdoor pool (cold - wasn’t heated in March), tons of pool seating, and a cute little coffee/donut/ice cream shop. Our only downside was that we apparently caught the busiest week for spring break, and the property and beach were crawling in college students that liked to be a little rowdy and loud in the evenings/late night. However, great construction and if we kept our patio doors shut, we couldn’t hear a thing. Overall, definitely a 5/5. Great place and highly recommend.
