Beach Front Penthouse Condo with balcony over looking the Gulf! Family Friendly!
- This is a breathtaking luxury Penthouse condo with 3 bedrooms located on the top floor with marble floors and beautiful crystal chandeliers! The balcony is 38 ft long with a swing and table that sits 6 and the best spot to watch the most amazing sunsets. This is perfect for a large family! There is 2 large pools as well as a kiddy pool and hot tub. There is a gym and billiard room on the bottom floor. This is a very family friendly condominium. During the summer they have activities and karaoke. There is a Dollar General across the street and a package store. A public boat ramp is located just a few blocks north of the property. There is a$20 per car parking fee.
