The Space:
Better still, you’ll also find yourself within walking distance or a short drive away to a variety of options for grocery, shopping, and dining, allowing you the option to leave the car behind for a change. You’ll want to set aside some time to explore PCB’s downtown area brimming with options for entertainment no matter the time of day. Work on your swing at one of the surrounding championship golf courses, or head down St. Andrew’s State Park for a scenic hike around the lush landscape and some good old-fashioned seashell hunting.

Convenient parking close to your condo. The condo is located on the first floor, so if you choose to take the stairs instead of the elevator, the condo is located right by the stairwell. With only one flight of stairs, this condo has the easiest access. The interior of this high-rise condo is a destination in its own right, where modern luxuries combine with incredible views and memories with friends and family are made for a lifetime. Sink into plush sofa and armchair seating in the living room while you surf the channels during your well-earned downtime, the floor-to-ceiling windows keeping the panoramic ocean views front and center. Steps away, the fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Gather for formal dining at the table for 4 or snag a high-top stool at the counter to snack on a spread of delicious hors d’oeuvres. In the quiet early morning hours, take your freshly brewed cup of coffee out onto your private balcony to soak in the sights and sounds of the beach while you plan out your next set of adventures.

This home sleeps 9 guests between 2 private bedrooms with king beds in each, a hallway twin over full bunkbeds with tv’s and shelves with plug in for your cell phone, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Besides a run in with a permanent resident of Tower II in the elevator on the first day, we had a great time! The room was great, and Lisa was fabulous to work with, as we had to make some changes leading up to our stay! Thank you for a great vacation stay!

Great place to stay!!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time... The condo is very clean and nice. This is the first time we have rented from an owner and couldn't be more pleased. The location is great and the furnishings are very high end, the WiFi was an added bonus. We will definately be back and rent from this owner again. The condo is the most conveniently located condo we’ve ever stayed in. Just a few steps to the pool. Perfect view of the beach. The chairs in front of the big windows were perfect. Parking was great. We never had to walk far for anything. Everything was clean and it was decorated pretty. We just loved staying here.

Kids and Parents had a Blast

I booked this condo for a great rate. Had excellent communication with the owner who was very accommodating. The unit was perfect for our two small families. Both of the children loved the pool and all the supplies provided by the owners. No complaints and it was a great week.

Beautiful Condo!

We stayed here for my daughter's dance competition and it was even better than the pictures! It was the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The couches and beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. It was convenient to everything! We loved that all we could hear was the ocean and not all the main pool chaos. The food on site was soo good. Communication with the property owner was great, she was in touch and responded quickly! Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect Stay

The owner was so easy to work with. The unit was perfect. Very beautiful setup and the view of the ocean was amazing. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It felt like home away from home. The beds were so comfortable. We slept great every night. We really enjoyed the easy access to the pools, restaurant and ocean. The kids enjoyed the ice cream shop as well. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say. Received my deposit back in 2 days after we left. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view! Great condo and super nice owners!!

We just spent a week in this wonderful condo. It was exactly as described and just perfect for our vacation. Nicely decorated and well-maintained. The view is just incredible and being on the first floor made it so easy to go down to the beach or pool. The owner was so nice and helpful! Everything in the condo worked perfectly! The property has a great lagoon pool, as well as several other pools, several spas, convenient little store, salon (my daughter and friend got manicures while there and the salon owner was super nice), and the restaurant food was good. We enjoyed going for a run around the golf course one morning...it was so peaceful. It was a delightful home away from home. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Amazing condo!

This was the second time my family and I have stayed at this condo. The location is perfect. It’s on the first floor, but the view is incredible. It’s close to pools and beach access, as well. The rooms are not only beautiful, but very comfortable. The master bedroom has lots and lots of storage in a in actual closet. The master bathroom has a huge rainfall shower. The guest room has two bunks built into the wall, perfect for kiddos. The kitchen and den area are very open and bright. The kitchen is also very well stocked with essentials that aren’t always convenient to pack. The owner is extremely easy to reach, and very accommodating. She made this vacation seamless. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Really enjoyed the stay. Great view, all the entertaining areas look out on the water/beach, we really enjoyed that. Kids loved the bunk beds with the TVs. Condo layout was fine. Heated pool was awesome for a spring trip. Kids said they want to book again ! Mattresses felt very firm - hope they update those soon

Vacation-September 2022

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was just as described. Even though just the first floor the view is lovely, very close to the pool and hot tub and a quick walk to beach. The patio seats four comfortably with nice furniture and we sat each morning for breakfast. Although we never cooked in, we would have been well equipped to do so. Each morning we took the umbrella and four chairs provided and walked through the Leeward building next door to the beach (easy walk). We only went to the pool twice because the beach was not crowded. Having the beach chairs saved a lot of money in renting. The master bedroom was lovely with a rain head shower, two sinks and a very comfortable bed. The guest room was not as updated but worked for us. Overall very happy with our stay. Owner was very communicative with us and helpful with all questions. We would rent here again.

A few changes certainly needed.

Let me start by saying the communication with the property manager was great and prompt, no issues there. The Resort as a whole is starting to look a little dated, the multiple pool options were great though and the activities every evening around the large pool were great. As for the condo, the Kitchen and living room were pretty nice and spacious. The Master Bedroom and Bath were nice except the bed was hard as a rock and there is no fan or lighting in the ceiling which made it hard to see and it got warm at night. The guest room seems to have been forgotten. Again the bed was not real comfy, and the pillows in the entire condo were the worst we’ve ever had anywhere. The bunk beds are in the guest room, but basically looked like someone took a closet and tried to turn it into bunk beds. Our kids are 9 and not large kids and barely fit in the bunk beds. Again no ceiling fan or ceiling lighting in the guest bedroom so it got very warm at night in that room as well and it always seemed dark and gloomy. The furniture in the guest room was pretty old and the drawers were very loose. The guest bathroom needs updating and better lighting. The toilet in the guest bathroom would move when you sat on it almost as if wasn’t secured to the floor correctly. The pull out sofa bed had sand on the mattress when we pulled it out which made us feel like it probably wasn’t pulled out and cleaned like it should have been. Some better blinds or curtains to block the light in the morning for those sleeping in the living room would be helpful as well. The silverware in the kitchen specifically the spoons were in pretty rough shape. I don’t mean to make our stay sound horrible for it was not, but we did feel like for the price of this condo some of these things could have been nicer. Note that we did not reach out to the property manager about any of these issues as we didn’t feel they were things we couldn’t deal with ourselves and didn’t want to have to waste vacation time waiting for anyone to come and address any of them. One of the elevators in our tower was out of service the entire stay which made waits rather long even for a slow time of year. One other note is that there is no longer appears to be an arcade at the resort. Like I said, not horrible, but far from being 5 stars for sure. We probably would choose a different condo if we visit Edgewater Resort again if I’m being honest though.

Wonderful Experience

Owner is the best with communicating. Property is outstanding. We loved being on the first floor and near the far end of the building. Very quiet & relaxing. 5 stars in every category. We can't wait to stay here again. Edgewater is a fantastic condo/resort and owner is one of the best we've ever experienced. Thank you!
