Completely redone 2 BR, 2 BA condo, with very modern kitchen and baths. Open floor plan with large kitchen island, and a completely outfitted kitchen. Directly on North Fairway of Indian Canyon Golf Course (and a view of Bob Hope's house across the fairway!). Fantastic mountain views from both sides of house. Two car parking, three outdoor pools and hot tub. Super friendly and quiet neighbors.

This is a classic Palm Springs condo, with modern amenities and very quiet, yet only 2 miles from downtown.

Great Stay!

Home away from home
We needed a long term stay and John’s place fit the bill perfectly. Close to my Moms, friendly neighbors, great neighborhood to walk, fully equipped kitchen and more. We hope to return next year. John was always available and extended himself in many ways.

The Perfect Palm Springs Getaway
John's place is lovely, clean, very well appointed, with great appliances and all the comforts of home. We found everything to be in good working order. Communications with John, and Regenia--our host--were friendly, thorough and fast, with timely answers and instructions. The condo was stocked with more than we could have hoped for in terms of condiments and other necessities--too many to mention. The bookshelf was well stocked and the TV was great. The bathrooms are first class, love the showers and the Toto high-powered toilets. The master bedroom closet and dresser area are very functional, practical and roomy. The beds are very comfortable; the towels are nice and plush. John's neighbors are very friendly, quiet and considerate. Almost forgot to mention the grounds, the lemon and orange trees, the pool and the hot tub (we almost had them to ourselves all the time), which were impeccable and so enjoyable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Cozy, comfortable, peaceful, quiet and relaxing, with everything we needed to make it most pleasant and feel like home. And the views! I’m definitely going to miss the views from the patio, no matter the time of day. We'll definitely be back. Thanks, John!
