The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Fully renovated inside and out to provide you with the best Air bnb experience! Amazing location for everyone who wants to do them all! 30 minutes from Cocoa beach! 55 minutes from Disney! 40 minutes to Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals! 2 hours from Miami, Clearwater beach and Tampa! Many other things to do right in Palm Bay & Melbourne area too for those who are looking for something close by!

Also just minutes away from the water for everyone who loves water sports! Jet skis, boats, fishing, swimming! Even have zoos and amusements close by! Walmart & many other supermarkets and local shops all within a few miles too. Many choices when it comes to restaurants as well!

This was our home away from home for 2 months. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood, good for our daily walks. (Note, there is noise from I-95). Amenities/shopping is close by. Beaches are about 20-30 min drive. The house was clean and adequate for our needs. Lots of room.
