Beautiful sprawling 35 acre property. 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath house in Alpine Lakes Ranch. Serene property location perfect for relaxing with family & friends. Perfectly peaceful setting & yet less than 20 minutes to town. Enjoy the BBQ grill, firepit, ample indoor & outdoor games, & endless mountain views. Hiking V Rock just minutes away.

HOUSE: Enjoy the privacy of an immaculate house on 35 acres. This 3 br/ 3.5 bath two level home sleeps 8, and is perfectly located for convenient access to all the awesome things to do in Pagosa Springs. Close to National Forest, lake, river, and skiing as well as restaurants, movie theater, and shopping. Plenty of room for the whole family. 1 king size bed downstairs and 2 queen size beds in 3 private bedrooms, along with a twin bunk bed and 2 toddler beds. Fast satelitte WIFI from StarLink. We work remote regularly from here. Kid essentials are provided at no additional cost (Pack n Play with mattress & sheet, bouncer, high chair, indoor camping tent & kid's cups/dishes, indoor toys). Grill your dinner and relax with a drink on the deck or around the propane fire pit. Enjoy the incredible beauty of the views!

HOUSE AMENITIES: TV (no cable), washer/dryer, outdoor BBQ grill, internet, indoor board games (cards, dominos, dice, cards against humanity & many more), outdoor games (cornhole/bags, ladder toss, jumbo Jenga, disc golf), indoor fireplace is non-operational

HUNTING: Hunt deer and elk in the National Forest that surrounds the area. Pagosa is well known for its abundant wildlife. Our property backs up to BLM.
HOT SPRINGS: Famous healing natural hot springs (just 20 minutes away) and treat yourself to a massage and spa treatment.
SKIING: Wolf Creek Ski Area (known for the most snow in Colorado!) or explore the area while cross-country skiing.
FISHING: The San Juan River for trout, bass, perch, and others. Enjoy world-class trout fly fishing below Navajo Lake.
TUBING: Enjoy a relaxing tube ride on the San Juan River
RAFTING: Enjoy everything from beginner to advanced rafting along the San Juan River

  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Sensational home away from home

Beautiful property with the best accommodations we have ever experience. The property managers were very vocal and wonderful hosts. The pantry nearly had everything we needed and more. The property was clean and decorated well. You can tell the owners really care about their guests. The yard games were fun, they had a rope swing and the fire table was in full working order. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back and stay again!

The house itself is great. It's private and accommodating. The views were our favorite part. It is about 30 minutes to pogoas springs but it's a beautiful drive into town. Our only problem with our stay was the housekeeping

House in beautiful setting with no close neighbors. Views were outstanding. Clean with everything you could possibly need in super stocked pantry. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms again with anything you might need. Communication with host was great along with ease of arriving and leaving. We could have stayed there a long, long time!! Amazing Stay!

We loved our stay. The house is in a peaceful setting just outside of Pagosa but still close enough to be convenient. We enjoyed our time sitting on the back porch for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening while our dog explored the backyard. Additionally, the kitchen was perhaps the best stocked of any in which we have stayed. The owners were super responsive both pre-trip and during our stay. We definitely plan to return!

The beautiful house is far from the busy town, private and peaceful ! The pantry was well stocked. Ahh clean wood floors I can walk barefoot on. The hummingbirds are a riot. I love the clean washer ! Ski vacation

Our stay was amazing. We frequent the area and we have found that winter rentals can be cold. This was not the case this trip. Plenty of blankets were provided and the home was warm and inviting when we arrived. Everything was as promised and then some. Thank you for letting us stay with you.

Amazing Stay

We were able to get myself with my wife, my brother and his wife along with my sister with her husband together for a great get-together in this very beautiful and comfortable home. We loved the location along with the great views. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. We enjoyed our evenings outdoors around the fire pit and hanging out on the deck catching up on our lives. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed to cook steaks and burgers on the grill for a couple of great dinners. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home and hope to return someday. Everything about our stay was amazing and would highly recommend it to everyone.
