Great location with all the amenities!
The house was bigger on the inside then it appeared. The rooms were spread out which was nice for everyone to have their own space. The traffic in the area is heavy but it took us about 15-20 minutes on average to get to the theme parks. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the home as a family of 5 and we had plenty of space. Thomas was a wonderful host and we would recommend his property to anyone as we would stay again. Thanks for a wonderful experience in Florida.

Weekend Stay
Overall, our stay was very good. I am not letting this affect my rating, but just a warning that one of the neighbors is a party animal. We were hoping to relax in the pool after a busy week and the neighbor had a party with a dj and literally the entire house was shaking. We had to go hang out in the garage with our own music to avoid the bass. The plus side of that is there was a pool table and other games to play in the garage. After that first night, the rest of the weekend was pretty quiet and we were able to relax by the pool. It was a great way to end our vacation.

Christmas Getaway
I highly recommend staying at this house! It exceeded my (our) expectations. I had asked if a Christmas tree could be set up as we would be celebrating Christmas in Florida with our 5 and 7 year old. It was set up, decorated beautifully, and made the house feel like a home during our holiday stay. We felt very safe staying here as it is in a gated community as well.

Birthday Celebration
The property was exceptional. Communication was stellar; easy and effortless. The pool was very relaxing and made for a quiet oasis. The location was a perfect place to travel to snd from Disney parks. It was also very convenient to many great restaurants and activities. Convenient to Wal-Mart as well. I will use this as my getaway when I travel to Orlando.
