Poolside activities begin daily at 11:00am.
The cafe is open daily at 9:00am.
The amenities include a pool and lazy river with a waterfall, four electric car charging stations, a full-service fitness center, sundries stand, a game and activities room (with four gaming consoles and other traditional games), and poolside activities. The Cafe offers fresh grab and go food selections and assorted beverages, and in addition, bottled spirits, snacks, ice creams, and other fun necessities.
Please remember, to gain access to the resort you will need to sign in at the front desk. Please present the concierge with an email confirmation of your stay in the community, including the dates of stay, and address.

It is perfectly positioned in the heart of Orlando’s famed attractions, neighboring SeaWorld’s Discovery Cove, along with shopping and dining, and minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Other Things to Note:
- We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.
- Enjoy a heated pool and hot tub for an additional fee of $35/day each or $60/day for both. Available upon request with a minimum 2-night stay. Contact us for details.
- Full BBQ propane tank: $70 per tank (upon request).
- "Pack 'N Play Crib" or Highchair: $40 one-time fee each.
- EV Charger: Available upon request for an additional cost. Please let us know in advance.
- Your wellbeing is our priority. We adhere to high cleaning standards, including COVID-19 specific protocols recommended by WHO, CDC, and Public Health Agency.
Additional Rules
Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:
- Check-in time starts at 4PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
- We kindly ask that parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind be refrained from within or around our property. While we want you to enjoy your stay, please respect our space and the comfort of our neighbors. Failure to comply may result in a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.
- To maintain a harmonious environment for all our guests, we have a strict ‘no pets’ policy.
- Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.
