Welcome to your perfect beach retreat! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom 11th floor condo located along the Alabama Gulf Coast offers a serene and airy ambiance, perfect for a refreshing retreat.

Interior: Step inside and enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows that offer expansive and unobstructed vistas of the Gulf from the comfort of your living space. The living area is well-furnished with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and two recliners, perfect for accommodating extra guests.

Retreat to the charming bedroom, complete with a luxurious king-size bed. The bathroom includes a tub and shower combination, ideal for unwinding after a day of beachside adventures,

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes everything necessary for meal preparation. Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar for two or gather with family and friends in the dining area, which comfortably accommodates four.

Perhaps the highlight of this condo is the private balcony which offers breathtaking views of the turquoise Gulf waters. The balcony is also furnished with a dining table for four and a lounge chair, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the stunning scenery. This condo is currently available for booking, promising guests a memorable beachfront experience.

Parking Information:
Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival at the Phoenix East front desk (please note, this is not Phoenix East II). The current cost is approximately $55 per vehicle, and the pass will be valid for the duration of your stay. We kindly ask that you display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on property.

Wife and I just needed quick trip to beach to relax for a couple of days. Good location and beach was great. Unit could use some updating kitchen cabinets are falling apart. Balcony had great view.

My wife and I’s second stay in this unit, perfect for small group trip, a little dated but clean. Internet was god awful slow. Luckily I did not need it much.

Tv Package should Be monitored and include movie channels.

The tv had a Bravia loop playing that made watching tv disappointing. It distracted and messed up the picture. Also, for the price there should be some movie channels to watch in the evenings or when it rains.
