Offroad stay in the cove

6 of us in total stayed here for 4 days to explore windrock park. Everything was exactly how it was listed. Caught some fish in the pond, peaceful neighborhood, fully equiped house.

We had a blast! Very comfortable stay an close to the trails. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a private relaxing wkend! Enjoyed some fishing, was nice an relaxing plc.

Awesome place

A group of us stayed here to ride Windrock . It is minutes away from the campground and trail head . Also close to several convenient stores . Host was quick to answer any questions we had . Highly recommend

Home away from home no headache

We love this house! It is beautiful inside and out! Calm an relaxing love the scenery. Miss the hot tub, but there is so much love an beauty it’s not needed! Love being able to peacefully leave machines unattended to go to dinner sometimes. Being able to drive the machines to the trail is a bonus! Parking area is huge for our 40 ft trailer and 30 foot. They both can be there and my car. The owners are amazing and very helpful!! The lady who cleans is super nice and friendly. She brought towels to the house for us on our last stay to have extra.

Lots of mice activity

The property has a great location with easy access to the trails and the beauty of the pond. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was less than desirable. There were lots of mouse droppings sitting inside of the pots and pans, plastic silverware packets inside the silverware drawer had been chewed up. At night, you could hear lots of mouse activity. Definitely not what we expected from the pictures and descriptions

If you’re planning on going to Windrock, then this is a great spot. We pulled in with a crew cab dually and 40 foot trailer and had room to get around. It’s tight, but manageable if you pay attention. Kids enjoyed fishing in the pond. Would stay here again.

Privacy is key here. Very close to trails. Parking area is huge! We had 2 trucks with 30 foot trailers and still could fit more on gravel

Pretty view, but Dirty

Way dirtier then ever expected. Dust and dirt everywhere except the bed, floors, and bathroom sink. Smelt bad of cigarette smoke everywhere inside. And back room smelt like mold. Had to empty water out of the dehumidifier quite a few times. The smells were so bad that one of our guys ended up leaving. I travel up to this area quite a bit, but I definitely will not be staying here again. I feel I was ripped off as this place was not cheap at all.
