Immaculate. Stunning. 2 bedroom townhome. Located at Lakeside Village, beach access is a short walk via Anderson Cove Campground. Swim, paddleboard, boat, and jet ski on Pineview Reservoir. Coming in the winter? Ski world-class Snowbasin Ski Resort, a 10-minute drive over Trapper's Loop. Another option is Powder Mountain Ski Resort. 25 minutes will land you on the slopes of some of Utah's best powder.

This rental features beautiful flooring, granite countertops, flat-screen TVs, gas fireplace, comfy couches, laundry room, and garage. Large windows for natural light and amazing views. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and spices. Deck with private hot tub, barbecue grill, outdoor seating, and amazing views.

Both bedrooms are located on the upper level. Bedroom one is a luxurious master suite with a king bed, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, rich furnishings, a twin sofa sleeper, and mountain views. The bathroom has a jetted tub, separate shower, and double sink vanity. Bedroom 2 is a queen room with vaulted ceilings, double windows for natural light, and beautiful complex views. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

Great Condo

The condo was perfect! Spacious, beautifully furnished and clean with all of the amenities we could ask for. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Spacious, clean and close to Snowbasin.

We had recently stayed at this condo for three nights during an extended ski trip that included a return visit to Snowbasin for myself, my wife and our 9 year old daughter, though we probably could've housed at least a couple of others without issue. The unit itself seemed much larger than anticipated, as there was another bath and a couple of closed off bedrooms on the ground floor. The living room area was nice and open, with a switch activated fireplace that warmed the room pretty quickly. Communication from the property management group was abundant and we had no issues whatsoever from that angle. Snowbasin is extremely easy to get to (maybe 15 minutes) and was less crowded than many of the others in the vicinity, which keeps us coming back. We'd jumped in the hot tub each day after skiing, which was a nice feature to the property. We did not use any of the community amenities during our visit. If I were looking for any negatives, it might be that the unit itself might be considered a little vanilla to some and marginally dated in certain aspects, though neither of those thoughts would prevent me from looking forward to a return visit in the future. Thank you again!
