Here is your perfect Beach Home in 'The Grove' that you can just park the car and enjoy the short walks to the Barwon River, Surf Beach, Local shops and Cafes and don't forget the Golf Club and Bowling Club.

With the large open plan living area that wraps around to the kitchen and on to the Balcony overlooking the Barwon River, perfect for you to kick your feet up and relax by the beach.

With light streaming in from all directions creating a fresh, active, easy living feel. Follow the sun by relaxing in the 2nd balcony at the front of the property and listen to the waves.
