Bay Watch III Unit 203 B is a 2nd floor, attractive and stylish waterfront condo located in Heron Harbor on 120th street - one of Ocean City, Maryland's premier complexes. Delight in views of both stunning sunrises and sunsets from the furnished, south facing balcony that overlooks a canal leading directly to the bay. These views are not limited to the balcony - with abundant windows, you can also see the water and southern view from the master bedroom and the living room. This condo boasts beautiful nautical blues and grays, plus high standards of homestyle comfort with a fully equipped kitchen containing new stainless steel kitchen appliances (includes a regular coffee maker and a keurig), four TV's, complimentary WIFI, washer and dryer, central air, and a lovely dining room area with table and chairs and breakfast bar. Heron Harbor amenities are tough to beat - there aren't many communities that offer two outdoor pools (lap & recreational), a kiddie pool and tennis courts with no additional fees to pay. The superb bayside location is reasonably close to the beach, the Food Lion shopping center, great restaurants, entertainment and scenic Northside Park. Two parking spaces come complimentary with this rental. Accommodating up to eight guests, the master bedroom features a private bath with dual sinks, king sized bed with private entry to the balcony deck, the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms each have queen beds and share a hallway bath. Not the TV's in these bedrooms are streaming only. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed. Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/No Vaping. No pets. Property rents Saturday-Saturday. ----Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Not available for high school/college graduates. Please be advised we do not advertise any properties on Craig's list.----

GOOD WEEK
WE HAVE BEEN STAYING AT VARIOUS HERON HARBOUR CONDOS FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS AND LOVE THE AREA. WE HAVE STAYED AT BAYWATCH, HARBOUR CLUB, SANCTUARY AND MORE. MOSTLY GOOD EXPERIENCES. HOWEVER IN THE LAST FEW YEARS WE HAVE WALKED INTO NOT YET CLEANED CONDOS RENTED FROM COLDWELL BANKER. THE AGENTS DID NOT SEEN TO CARE ABOUT THAT - I GUESS THEY ALREADY GOT THEIR COMMISSIONS. AFTER CHECKING IN AFTER THREE O'CLOCK TO FIND THE CONDO NOT CLEANED IS VERY DISAPPOINTING - AFTER TRAVELING FOR MORE THAN 5 HOURS TO GET THERE. THEIR EXCUSE FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS HAS BEEN THEY JUST CANT FIND THE HELP - WE THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM - THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULD NOT RENT OUT THE CONDOS. THIS YEAR IN PICKING MY MY PACKAGE FROM THE AGENT I ASKED IF THE CONDO WAS CLEAN - AND HER RESPONSE TO ME WAS IT SHOULD BE. THE CONVERSATION WAS A BIT CONTENTOUS FROM THERE. SHE GAVE ME EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK WHY IT MAY NOT BE CLEANED AFTER MY CHECK IN AND AFTER THREE OCLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON. SHE HAD SOME ATTITUDE WHICH I DID NOT APPRECIATE AFTER PAYING MORE THAN $2600 FOR THE WEEK. I HAVE NOT HAD THIS PROBLEM IN CAPE MAY, BELMAR AND OTHER AREAS WE RENT FOR THE SUMMER. WHY WERE THEY ABLE TO GET THEIR RENTALS CLEANED??? SHE DID NOT SEEM TO CARE. SO I FINALLY TOLD HER THAT I AM SURE THAT IF IT WERE HER FAMILY ENTERING A DIRTY CONDO THAT SHE JUST SAVED AND PAID FOR I DON'T THINK SHE WOULD BE TOO HAPPY ABOUT IT. HER ATTITUDE NEEDED AN ADJUSTMENT - AS SO MANY DO. BUT WITH THAT SAID AND DONE - THE CONDO WAS CLEAN, WE HAD A GREAT WEEK AND HOPEFULLY YOUR COMPANY CONTINUES TO DO A BETTER JOB IN THIS AREA THAN CB VOCATIONS DID. AND JUST AS AN ASIDE, WHEN WE RENTED TWO YEARS AGO - 2020 - THE SUMMER OF COVID - I ASKED THE AGENT IF THE POOL WAS OPEN SINCE WE HAD KIDS WITH US AND THERE WAS NOT MUCH TO DO - SHE TOLD US NO. IF IT WASN'T FOR A MAN COMING OUT THE THE POOL AREA WITH A TOWEL I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOW THE POOLS WERE OPEN. WHEN YOU HAVE KIDS WITH YOU ON VACATION, YOU NEED OPTIONS AND THINGS TO DO. HER LAZINESS WAS NOT APPRECIATED. SO, HOPEFULLY YOU EVEN READ THIS EMAIL AND MAKE SOME CHANGES. BUT THIS YEAR WE DID FINE. THANKS, CATHERINE LEDWITH

Still Love North OC
This was going to be our last time renting in this neighborhood because I love the view of the bay so much , but I was reminded that the canal view is wonderful too! The pool is the great, it’s probably the best pool in OC in my opinion. Lastly the mattress in the main bedroom was very firm and very comfortable. I am was very thankful for that! As far as the description, it would be nice to list that it’s a second floor unit and that it includes a regular coffee maker and a keurig .

Overall we had a great time. The condo is on the canal and great to watch the sunset and boats passing. Great neighborhood to ride your bike. We loved going to the 3 community pools (kiddie pool was great for my small kids, we used our beach wagon for the quick 5 minute walk) Close to the beach, crab cake factory, grocery store and movie theatre!! Would definitely stay here again!

loved it, beautiful, peaceful great amenities, loved the pools and close to everything. Our condo was beautiful just like the picture showed. Definitely looking to book here next year!!! On the canal 3 pools close to the beach, restaurants and many activities, what more could you ask for!!

Great location!
We love Heron Harbor for its’ great location and well kept community! The pool is so clean and beautiful! The rental was clean and offered plenty of room for a family of 6. It had everything we needed with the exception of crab leg crackers. Close to the park and grocery store but tucked away from the main street. Highly recommend!
