The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted.
DEN INCLUDES CONSTRUCTED WALL WITH POCKET DOORS FOR PRIVACY. 4TH TV IN DEN HAS SMART TV CAPABILITY ONLY, NO CABLE.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very disappointed

We arrived to check in and the staff at Vacasa stated our condo was already booked. We called VRBO spoke with Craig and he said our reservation was not accepted by Vacasa. We booked this on 3/26 and no one told us it was not accepted. Craig set us up with a hotel room for the night that was no way the same as a 2 bedroom condo oceanfront. He also said a rebooking team member would email us for some options for the remainder of our stay. By the next morning we received no email. We called back to VRBO and they said it was never escalated to rebooking and we would need to self lodge. I also received a courtesy email of how to take a screen shot of the fees that were deducted by VRBO. Very disappointed at you lack of customer services

Disappointing

Positives: Very clean. Remodeled kitchen. Seawatch is a great family resort. Negatives: Condo is much smaller than the pictures portray. The other condos had storm doors, 1413 has none. The days were windy and the wind came under and around the door. The noise kept us awake at night. We had to put a towel under the door. Utility closet was held closed with a piece of folded cardboard. It had a draft that blew the door open and it wouldn't stay closed. We couldn't use the 2nd bedroom closet because the bed was in front of it. The garbage disposal wasn't working. Bedroom furniture is very old. TV in 2nd bedroom would not connect. No games, cards, books or entertainment in condo. I reported some issues to VACASA customer service on arrival and they were not addressed when we left 7 days later.

Awesome place to stay!

I had a great experience renting this condo. It was a very easy process and appropriate information was very easy to understand. The condo was very nice and clean. The kids loved the pools. The beach access was great. The ocean view was worth every penny! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to do it again.
