Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location

The location is excellent! Close to boardwalk and ocean and some restaurants. The pool was very nice and had outdoor shower to wash off sand.

Wonderful

Location was great! One block away from the Boardwalk. Quiet building, close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Parking spot is a few blocks away but it's a nice little walk. I liked the fact that my car was in a lot not parked along the road where it could get hit.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was spotless and well-maintained. We really appreciated how quiet the area was, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The pool was a great option for the kids on days they didn’t feel like heading to the beach. Being just one block from the boardwalk and beach made everything super convenient. We also enjoyed driving about 10 minutes to the pier for fishing, shopping, and relaxing. Plenty of great food spots nearby, too. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

Horrible service!!!

Although the room was beautiful when we got there however the room wasn't clean and there was no toilet paper or soap, barely any towels and the extra blanket was dirty. Put in two tickets and never heard back. Called several times and even went to office to talk to manager still haven't talked to anyone. They gave back my cleaning fee but no other reimbursement even though I didn't the whole first evening of my vacation on hold trying to reach someone and countless times since then trying to speak to someone in charge. I will never book through them again!!!!!!!!

Very Nice

We stayed for 2 nights. Accommodations were clean and had lots of room for 2 of us to stretch out. Great location. We had lunch at Coastal Salt and dinner at DaVinci by the Sea. Both were great and close by, on the boardwalk.
