Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and the pool area was lovely. It’s a shame it closes at 8pm

They have friendly staff but the condition of the rooms Is not that great. The room in which I stayed had broken shower, bathroom without a latch, room filled with mosquitoes, and overall a dull atmosphere.

This was our starting point in Bali and so far the best place we stayed in. Granted, it needs some updating which they are apparently working on. So all good. The staff was fantastic. All smiling at us and extremely helpful. I felt in love with the lady on egg station because her eggs may it be poached, omelette or scrambled were fantastic. Spa staff facilitated our last minute need for a massage and pedi and it was both great. Loved the bars in pools. Fabulous vaca time.

Beautiful property and food. The only concerns was a lack of towels. Very weird.

Worst hotel we've been in, & we travel A LOT, should be max 3 starts not clean & very old. Mattress & pillows are not comfortable at all, no mattress protection, sheet is small & keeps getting out. Rooms are very far from reception. They dont change the towels unless we call them, even the phone is not working, we tried to cancle the reservation but its nonrefundable AC is not working Bathroom has molds !!! Bugs on the mattress, we were bite badly & thought its mosquitoes but we found a strange insect on the mattress

Lovely Resort

A beautiful hotel, staff were outstanding. Able to accommodate and provide recommendations on the best ways to get to and partake in events throughout the area. Two pools with swim up bars, the one at Tao you will need to cross a rather busy road to get to, but I didn’t see that as an issue. Once you are at Tao, very quiet, hammocks, beds, a swing and access to the beach. The beach itself was beautiful from a distance, but I did take a walk on it and it was not the nicest. Quite smelly in some areas and not for swimming. At night, the sunset was off the charts, pinks and purples with all the boats in the background. Gorgeous. The pool in the hotel was gorgeous, swim up bar, quiet, peaceful. Restaurants at the hotel were good. Rooms nicely kept. Bed was comfortable and room stayed very cool. Large breakfast buffet with anything you can imagine. (Pancakes were delicious). Also a large very beautiful Koi Pond, and they provide bread to feed the fish. Loved this, the fish jumped out of the water when people approached. Not a lot to do in the area, you will need a cab or car to get you around, the road is much to busy without sidewalks to safely walk. However, once you got a cab lots of places are easy to get to, fairly decent location for activities in that area.

We stayed there for the whole time of our trip! We absolutely loved it there !!! The staff was amazing ! We stayed in a cottage it was great ! It was our first time in Bali we traveled from California and can’t wait til we go there again
