Set on approximately 18 acres of land between town and Hunter Valley Wine Country, this exceptionally well-built home offers four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (as standard when you book for 8) with a 5th and 6th bedroom + bathroom bookable for 9th-12th guests with numerous living spaces and plenty of room for the two and four legged family members. It is located 350m from Potters Brewery Pub, five minutes from Cessnock, five minutes from Pokolbin and Lovedale, less than 45 minutes to Newcastle and two hours to Sydney.

As you arrive, post and rail gates and a cobble driveway lead you to the main homestead which offers wrap-around verandas and beautiful French doors which open from almost every room. Stepping inside through double doors, the huge main living space offers a wood-burning fire, spectacular raked ceilings and adjoining the living space is a great size kitchen and breakfast room which divides the home into two wings, At one end there is a study (4th bedroom), two guest bedrooms with built-in robes, a huge main bathroom, laundry and extremely large master suite with bathroom ensuite. At the other end, we have two extra bookable two large bedrooms with built-in robes, another bathroom and rumpus room complete the picture. The home is kept comfortable year-round by reverse-cycle air conditioning, under-floor heating and a wood burning fireplace.

Outside, an outdoor kitchen and cabana enjoy views across the property and an additional triple garage with two extremely large bedrooms and shared ensuite offer room for guests, extended family members or a potential income from accommodation. The entire property offers excellent storage, extremely high-quality finishes and a peaceful lifestyle out of town.

The property is connected to town water.

The Minimum Booking price is based on up to 10 guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter in the required number of guests. Any guest number reductions are non-refundable.

Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed.

Fires and Firewood : If the property has a Wood fireplace or Firepit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced.

Guest Registration : Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room.

Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.

House was lovely very spacious. But we were not aware someone else would be staying in the garage property on the premises. Luckily it did not interfere with our stay. All in all had a great weekend and would definitely recommend it to others.
