Surrounded by a beautiful garden with tropical palms and the traditional Sicilian flora, with English meadow and protected by thick pines, the house is ideally located at Lido di Noto a pleasant place when you can relax thanks to the garden and even in the closest days you can peacefully sleep in the night.
"In the south-west-coast of Sicily the summer starts in April and ends in late October ... the rest of the year is always Spring"

Il parco davanti alla casa consente di vivere e di godere insieme alla famiglia la vacanza. Il "lido azzurro " è il primo stabilimento ed è perfettamente attrezzato.

Enjoyable stay in small holiday cottage

We stayed for 4 warm days (max 30, min 25 celcius) early October. The cottage has one good bedroom with airconditioning, but the living/kitchen is rather small. We would not recommend the house for more than 2 guests. The kitchen is a bit basic (eg. only one wine glass) , but why cook yourself with so many great places to eat out in nearby Noto? Nice garden, quiet and well maintained, but the private terrace is rather small and has limited views. Two downsides: the shower cabin is very small (80x80 cm), and there were many cats and kittens wandering around the house, begging for foor and attention. Lido di Noto was very quiet (end of season we guess) with a nice east-facing beach for an early morning swim. We enjoyed our stay!

Nido per 2 in un bellissimo e fresco giardino

Casa perfetta per una coppia, dotata di ogni confort, funzionale, pulita, con condizionatore, doccia esterna, barbecue, tavolo esterno e un meraviglioso e curatissimo giardino sotto dei pini che assicurano fresco anche in estate. La spiaggia è vicina così come un piccolo supermercato. Ottima per raggiungere le mete turistiche della zona. I proprietari, il prof. Alessi e sua moglie Adriana, sono simpatici, accoglienti e disponibili... grazie per il bel soggiorno.

Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, das richtige Domizil um abzuschalten . Der Vermieter ist ständig bemüht , falls in irgendeiner Weise Fragen bestehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen .

Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Incredibilmente rigoglioso il giardino curato con tanto amore dal proprietario, sembra di essere in montagna. A due passi però c'è il bellissimo mare delle Sicilia! Intorno una quantità di posti affascinanti da visitare. La casa é fresca, dotata comunque di aria condizionata e di ogni altra cosa possa servire. Il proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo come del resto é tipico delle persone che abitano questa meravigliosa isola. Siamo stati benissimo in questa casetta! Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Villetta accogliente immersa nel verde di un giardino mozza fiato

Varcato il cancello d'ingresso della villetta, situata a due passi dalla spiaggia, salta subito all'occhio la cura dedicata allo splendido giardino antistante la casetta. Lo spazio verde è veramente tanto e l'ombra degli alberi che lo adornano rendono il clima piacevolmente fresco. Una parte del prato è dedicato ai più piccoli con tanto di scivolo ed altalena. La villetta è a dimensione d'uomo, accogliente e ben arredata. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare un pranzo o una cenetta da degustare anche al fresco della veranda, arredata con tavolo e sedie. La zona è tranquilla e la cortesia del proprietario eccellente. La posizione della villetta risulta strategica per raggiungere agevolmente mete interessanti, come Noto, Avola, la splendida riserva di Vendicari con i suoi paesaggi e le sue spiagge incantevoli, nonché la suggestiva Marzamemi. In un aggeivo: consigliatissima.

Al di la di ogni aspettativa!

Scrivo con ancora nel cuore le sensazioni ed emozioni vissute in questo piccolo gioiello dove ogni angolo è più bello di quanto le foto nel sito possano rendere. Oltre il prato molto esteso un piccolo angolo all'inglese arricchisce un giardino da favola. Un posto dove i bambini possono esprimere la loro voglia di gioco e di scoperta. Cercavamo un posto dove loro potessero giocare liberi a contatto con la natura ma non immaginavamo una situazione così felice! Il mare a due passi a piedi, se proprio non si vuole prendere l'auto, ma posti incantevoli e "solitari" a 10-15 min. di guida, senza dover andare in riserve naturali ormai prese d'assalto dalla massa (almeno in piena estate). Noto (davvero vicina) e Siracusa (neanche mezz'ora) per passeggiate e cene in mezzo alla bellezza, la storia e l'arte. Una casetta deliziosa e accogliente.... Insomma un posto dove vorresti poter vivere e non solo passarci le vacanze!!! Grazie ai padroni di casa che con la loro disponibilità hanno aggiunto la ciliegina a questa splendida vacanza!

Bellissimo soggiorno!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in 4 persone nella casetta Giuliana (2 in camera matrimoniale e 2 in divani letto). La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dal Lido. Molto carina e accessoriata di tutto! Il valore aggiunto poi è dato dal bellissimo giardino in cui rilassarsi; sono presenti sdraio, lettini, amache, doccia esterna, barbecue...inoltre si può mangiare nella graziosa veranda adiacente alla cucina. Posto auto all'ombra all'interno della proprietà! Il signor Giovanni e sua moglie sono accoglienti e disponibili e vi faranno sentire come a casa!! Ottimo posto quindi per chi come noi cerca mare cristallino (da Lido di Noto alla Riserva di Vendicari e fino a Capo Passero c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta) e vuole visitare le meravigliose località vicine come Noto, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi, Ragusa, Siracusa... Soggiorno perfetto! Isabella

Très agréable séjour

Maison et jardin atenant très agréable et Giovanni, le propriétaire, est vraiment sympa (merci pour la bouteille de vin!) et de bons conseils pour les visites à faire. La location est idéalement placée pour visiter les différentes villes de la Sicile baroque et se trouve à proximité d'une belle plage sauvage. On peut même pousser jusqu'à Catane et Taormina. Petit plus : ceux qui aiment les chats seront conquis par les 2 locataires permanentes de la maison...

Excellent séjour

Charmante maison, très confortable où il ne manque de rien pour passer un excellent séjour. Un très beau jardin, très bien entretenu qui laisse également la possibilité de garer une voiture. De plus elle est très bien située car prés de la mer et de très belles plages. Elle est très accessible depuis l'autoroute; ce qui permet de visiter de très beaux endroits de la Sicile. Enfin un super accueil de la part du propriétaire qui a à coeur de nous rendre notre séjour dans la maison la plus agréable possible.
