Located directly on a channel in Cherry Grove, you're just a short, two-block stroll from the beach. This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 16 guests across 6 bedrooms, with 6.5 bathrooms ensuring ample space and privacy for your entire group.

The open-plan main living area features plush seating and a huge Smart TV, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and bonding. Avoid cramped or outdated alternatives and enjoy the comfort of our modern, thoughtfully designed home.

**Kitchen & Dining**

Craft gourmet delights in the chef's kitchen, fully equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and soft-close cabinets. The space is fully stocked with spices, oils, and a starter kit of essentials. Enjoy meals together at the dining table for eight, or dine al fresco on the deck at a second table with seating for eight.

**Bedrooms & Bathrooms**

Indulge in sweet dreams on high-end pillowtop mattresses. Five of the six bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, and every bedroom includes its own Smart TV.

* **Bedroom 1 (1st Floor):** King-sized bed with an ensuite spa bathroom featuring a huge shower with 4 shower heads.
* **Bedroom 2 (1st Floor):** One full-sized bed and two twin beds, with a full bathroom located just outside the door.
* **Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor):** King-sized bed with an ensuite full bathroom.
* **Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor):** Two queen-sized beds with an ensuite full bathroom.

Our waterfront outdoor space is an entertainer's dream. The fully covered patio ensures you can enjoy the space rain or shine, featuring a private bar with a large Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a full-sized refrigerator. Fire up the Traeger wood-pellet grill for a cookout and unwind in the ample patio seating next to the water. With four decks, you can watch the sunrise and sunset over the channel from your own private perch.

**Home Amenities**

We've stocked the home to make your stay effortless. All linens, towels and basic cleaners are provided. All you need are your clothes and toothbrush!

* **For the Beach:** We provide Tommy Bahama backpack chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, cooler, and beach towels.
* **For the Family:** A Pack-n-Play, high chair, infant tub, and toddler dishes are available for our youngest guests.
* **For Fun:** Enjoy a basketball hoop in the driveway, ping pong table, propane fire pit and a cornhole game.
* **Convenience:** High-speed Wi-Fi (400 Mbps), a full-sized washer/dryer, and DirectTV with HBO and Showtime are included.

Guest Access

As our guest, you will have complete and private access to every room, amenity, and the spacious outdoor area. Eight days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with all check-in information, including a unique access code for the keyless entry system.

Getting Around

The generous front driveway provides free, onsite parking for up to 9 cars. The 40-foot driveway also offers ample room for a boat trailer, making it easy to bring all your toys.

House Rules

To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, we ask that you treat our home as your own. Please adhere to the following rules:

* The primary tenant booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
* No parties or events are permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized events will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
* No smoking is allowed inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and deep cleaning.
* We are pet-friendly! Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150. Please inquire about accommodating an additional pet. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture and beds.

Important Information

* **Security Deposit:** A fully refundable security deposit hold of $500 is required. This is a credit card hold that is automatically released within 3 days of your departure, provided there are no damages.
* **Supplies:** We provide a starter kit of essential supplies for your convenience. Please note that if you run out, additional supplies will not be provided.
* **Property Maintenance:** We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is comfortable. Should you notify us of any non-emergency issues after 5 PM, we will address them the following day.
* **Rental Agreement:** A Rental Agreement will be sent once you book from KT-Escapes as well as all correspondence including your check in information, which will be emailed 8-calendar days before arrival.
