This property has a separate, detached guest house in addition to the main home. It is NOT part of your booking unless you add it.



What it includes

Cost

🔹 $100 per night

🔹 Plus a one-time $150 cleaning fee

🔹 For example: 3 nights is $450 in total, 4 nights is $550



How to add it

1. If the guest house is offered as an optional extra while you are booking, just select it and it is added to your total straight away.

2. If you do not see that option, message us before or after booking and we will add it for you. We send you a request to approve, and the charge is handled through the same platform you booked on.

3. Once it is confirmed we send you the guest house access code before you arrive. It has its own lockbox, separate from the main house.



You can add the guest house after booking as well, right up until arrival, subject to availability.



If you do not add it, the guest house stays locked and empty for your entire stay. It is never rented, booked, or occupied by anyone else while you are here — the whole property is yours alone. The guest house is only ever offered to the guest booking the main home, and is never bookable on its own.

Sunrise Drive sits in a quiet, semi-rural part of North Fort Myers, north of the river and away from the busier coastal traffic. Lots are generous and the pace is slow, making it a restful base for families and groups who want privacy and space.

Driving is the practical option, as this part of North Fort Myers is spread out with limited public transport. Ample free parking is available for multiple vehicles.

🔹 Punta Gorda Airport (PGD): about 30 minutes north
