Das Haus war sehr geräumig. Nachteil due alte Wohnungseinrichtung. Der Gartentisch sehr schmutzig.
Der Kühlschrank viel zu klein. Die Kücheneinrichtung alt. Geschirr, Töpfe und Bestecke gut vorhanden. Die Treppe vom Essbereich zum Wohnbereich eine Stolperfalle für uns ältere Menschen. Matratzen sehr gut. Neue Dusche und neue Toilette. Sehr eng und kaum Ablagen für Zahnbecher und in der Dusche kein Stromanschluss um Haare zu föhnen.

Ein tolles kleines Häuschen!
Wir wären zwei Wochen in Nieuwvliet und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Obwohl das Wetter nicht durchgängig sonnig und warm war, war uns nie langweilig und wir haben uns im Haus und in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super, incl. Tipps, was man alles unternehmen kann. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Lepelplad 70 Juni 2023
Die Lage von Lepelblad 70 ist sehr gut. Leider lies die Sauberkeit des Objektes sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus war schmutzig, verdreckt , verklebt , voller Spinnweben. Beim zuziehen der Vorhänge stand man in einer Staubwolke. Die Matratzenschoner so dreckig das wir diese abgezogen haben. Der Garten sowie die Terasse in einem sehr ungepflegtem Zustand. Des Weiteren zeigten sich die Verwalter nach Kontaktaufnahme nicht in der Lage einen Lösungsvorschlag zu unterbreiten und verwiesen uns auf die Eigentümer. Auch die haben nach Email Kontakt keine Reaktion gezeigt. Man kann nur sagen das Lepelplad 70 aufgrund des äußerst ungepflegten Zustand und des Preises nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Britta

Sehr gute Unterkunft, genau wie beschrieben. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Strandpavillon vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in längstens 5 km Nähe, ruhige Umgebung. Am Starnd aktuell Baustelle zur Sandgewinnung, wens stört geht ein bisschen weiter. Ich mache den nächsten Urlaub gerne wieder hier.

Ein Traum direkt am Meer
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem urgemütlichen, komfortablen, sauberen und perfekt eingerichteten Häuschen. Es fehlt nichts, alles wie beschrieben, die Vermieter sind besonders freundlich, hilfsbereit, angenehm und antworten super schnell. Die Nachbarschaft ist obendrein auch noch sehr nett. Vom Garten geht es für die Kinder direkt und unkompliziert zur großen Wiese, in ein paar Minuten ist man am Traumstrand. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus bestens weiterempfehlen und sagen rundum zufrieden DANKE!

Charmantes Haus
