Special place to stay in NOTL

This was our third time staying here, and it was a delight yet again. Clean, comfortable and stylish loft, with a great deck to hang outside on. Zoran and Federica are lovely hosts. Their breakfasts are so very delicious and beautifully served, using local produce and ingredients. A great central location to all area attractions.

Such a gorgeous place

Second time we’ve stayed and it was lovely again. Zoran and Federica put a lot of care and attention into their place and your stay. Breakfasts were fabulous. Great location to NOTL and the Falls and all in between. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property with Full Breakfast

The farmhouse loft is by far the nicest VRBO property we have stayed at. The location is perfect ... close to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. The setting is wonderful, overlooking horses. The loft is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities one would need. No oven/stove, but the owners deliver an amazing hot breakfast each day!Communication before and during our stay was quick and helpful. We ate at several of the owners recommended restaurants and were extremely satisfied. Did we mention the awesome breakfasts. And a deck overlooking the yard with birds, birds, birds.Highly recommended!! We will be back for sure.

A Perfect Birthday Weekend!

We had a beautiful, memorable weekend in this most special location. Zoran and Federica are gracious, kind, and thoughtful. Truly, their recommendations guided our entire weekend that turned out to be quite magical. The farmhouse apartment is incredibly comfortable. They thought of everything in its construction and continue to take such wonderful care of it and in turn, their guests. We were enthralled by the “bird feeder show” over coffee each morning. Delicious breakfast was provided. We hope to be back again.

NOTL Getaway

Simply Amazing

The barn loft is new, clean and spacious. A beautiful view from the back deck even in rainy conditions and a relaxing atmosphere. My wife and I escaped reality for two nights and it was just what we needed. The host are lovely and breakfast was well above expectations. We'll be booking here again!

Niagara on the lake

We had a wonderful time at this property. The breakfast was hot and delicious each day. The loft was very cute, and it felt very private even though the owners house is attached. The only small criticism I would have is thy the daybed in the office was quite uncomfortable. Overall we loved our stay, and would definitely go back!

A Relaxing NOTL BnB Experience

We so much enjoyed our weekend at the Barnhouse Loft!! Breakfast and coffee was incredible and the Hosts went above and beyond to make this space cozy yet elegant and welcoming. Amazing Loft

My husband and I enjoyed how quiet and relaxing it is there. It was Immaculate inside and out. Pictures are accurate. Zoran and Frederica made us feel comfortable and were very accommodating. With it being a B&B Zoran prepared a hot and delicious breakfast every morning. It is centrally located in wine country with a 15 minute drive to Niagara Falls and all the attractions. Toronto was worth visiting also. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you to the both of you for a wonderful vacation.

If I could give it 6 stars...

Zoran is an amazing host; the property is gorgeous, the area beautiful while easily accessible to the Falls and area activities. The farmhouse itself is a first-class place, with all sorts of charming pieces to it, including a bird-feeder that allowed us to see a stunning array of birds come right to our deck. Zoran responded immediately to any question we had and he went far out of his way and above and beyond the expected in order to make our stay relaxing, comfortable and pleasant. We will plan future trips to the other around his vacancy schedule - there's nowhere we'd rather stay!

Perfect location, Perfect stay

My husband and I came to the area to visit Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake area and this rental was perfectly located right between the two. The place was very clean, the host was very responsive, and the extra little details were very much appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt so rested each morning. There is a nice balcony with great views from which we enjoyed the amazing breakfasts provided by Zoran. The binder with information on the local area with suggestions of places to visit was very helpful. Perfect Family Stay

We stayed at the Farmhouse Loft over the Family Day weekend. The location is perfectly between the Niagara On The Lake food and wine scene as well as a very easy drive to the Niagara Falls and Clifton Park area. The Loft was easy to find, and check in and access was very smooth. Zoran and Federica are perfect hosts, and the breakfasts they provided in the morning were a highlight for our trip. There is also a list of recommendations for local restaurants and they have great taste, everything we ordered was incredible. The space is a beautiful retreat and resting space and our family loved the coziness and vibe of the loft. It truly is an experience staying here, and everything far exceeded our expectations!
