It is also located steps from a park and a wego bus stop a very popular way to get to the most popular attractions in Niagara Falls has to offer. Along with the newly updated interior you will enjoy a private outdoor space including a deck, patio, yard and bbq. This apartment comes with high speed internet ad Netflix.

I will always contact guests a day prior to arrival and meet you at the property to give you the keys and a quick tour of the property. I am available throughout all reservation by phone or through the app to address any questions or concerns.

Says newly updated interior (stairs inside and out are shaky). It’s not safe (you have to stand on the stairs to open or close the front door. If you were to fall on the stairs, no one would be able to open the door from the inside or outside). NO high speed internet, I had to use my hotspot on my phone. Patio, yard and bbq have an old house behind that has no roof and is super ugly to look at. I was there with my sister and we were scared to leave or come back after dark. If you have any kind of physical limitations, this is definitely not the place for you. With that being said, the owner was super nice! Great water pressure. I think the owner does need to make sure he puts on the vrbo site about all of the stairs. I would not have booked had I known.

Nice time in Niagara Falls
Had a great time here. Location is great. Very nice home. Brian was very nice. Met us and gave us great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. I liked that this property was a short walk to Clifton Hills and the falls. Would recommend.

Short and sweet
The property itself was nice. Brian, the host was very nice, polite and accommodating. I would suggest to maybe add some type of glow in the dark strips to the edge of the steps that lead down to the sunken living room, bedroom, bathroom and the stairs leading down to the front door for safety measurements. The front of the property needs a little up keeping and cleaning. Maybe some flower pots in the summer time to make it more appealing. Please don’t take these as negative they are just suggestion.

Great location and property
From start to finish Brian was always available online. The check in process was smooth and the stay very comfortable. Brian also put air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and kitchen to help with the heat. Although these were a bit noisy, it was a lovely relief from the heat. The location is close to the old town. We had a wonder through this area and also had a meal out. I would recommend exploring the old town charm. The property is also very accessible using the WeGo transfers. This will take you to the Falls and Niagara on the lake. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

This apartment is great for staying just off the beaten path! Queen Street is walkable and bus-able, perfect for getting away and also getting into the Falls hubbub. Spacious place with everything you need.

Visiting family
We needed a place to sleep while visiting with family. The unit was tidy, clean and small. As noted by others "stairs". A little quirky with 2 steps down into the bathroom and tv room. The rental contained everything we needed and was beautifully quiet for sleeping.

This location was perfect in old downtown. Close to great bars and restaurants. Property owner was so helpful and responsive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend this property.
