An incredible house with fantastic views
Ysgarwen is the epitome of modern architecture meeting traditional building practice, seamlessly blending the old and new to create a beautiful escape for 6 at the foot of the Preseli Hills.
Sleeping 6 in three bedrooms, comprised of one king size master suite with a shower room and two double bedrooms (one can be a twin) that share the family bathroom.
Downstairs, the living space is light, bright, and airy. A cosy living room, with squashy sofas, log burners, and TV creates the perfect spot for rainy afternoons or a sleepy night in.
The kitchen is well equipped and central to the living space, with a large utility room equipped with a washing machine & tumble dryer.
The incredible main living area comprises of a dining space, large sofa and baby grand piano which are encapsulated by double aspect bifolding doors to the patio and garden with Carningli mountain.
Ysgarwen is tucked away in Cilgwyn, but just minutes from the seaside town of Newport with its wonderful independent shops, pubs & restaurants.

We had a wonderfull stay in this beautiful house. We enjoyed the scenery and clean, spacious rooms. It had everything we needed! We truly recommend this holiday house and hope to come here again!
Das Haus ist wunderschön. Es besteht aus einem Mix aus renovierten älteren Teilen und modernen neuen Teilen. Der Blick aus den großen Fenstern ist so herrlich, die Natur pur. Man hört den kleinen Bach entlang der Terrasse glucksen, kann Milane bei der Jagd beobachten und wir haben sogar eine Eule gehört.
Wir haben etwas gebraucht, bis wir die Heizung verstanden hatten, das warme Wasser richtig warm wurde und die Terrassentür aufging. Aber das Haus und den Garten, den Blick von der Terrasse und die Ruhe und Einsamkeit haben wir geliebt. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen!
