This home is exclusively booked for your use and is professionally cleaned before your arrival. We offer contactless check-in and check-out for a safe stay.

Neighbour Policy: No parties or excessive noise allowed as per NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. Failure to comply may result in police-assisted eviction or additional charges. Respect our neighbours' right to quiet enjoyment. A noise monitor and security camera may be present, but they will not be accessed unless alerted of any issues by neighbours or calls.

Prior to your arrival, please ensure that you fill out our check-in form. This form will request photo identification and evidence of credit card ownership. Additionally, please be aware that a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property upon your departure. Please be advised that it may take a few days for your bank to return the funds to your card, which is beyond our control.

Please complete a check-in form with your home address, email, and a copy of your Driver's License for identification. The maximum number of guests is stated in your booking, and additional visitors must be approved in writing by Lakeshores staff.

The reservation price is based on a minimum of (4) guests. Additional guests are charged per person per night. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Please enter the correct number of guests (children under 2 are free) when booking.

We aim to be eco-friendly. Basic toiletries may be provided, but it is recommended to bring your own. Hand wash and basic kitchen essentials will be supplied. Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels for pools, lakes, or beaches.

Insurance: We recommend obtaining Domestic Travel Insurance to cover emergencies, event cancellations, and situations not eligible for refunds as per our Terms & Conditions.

• The host will not be held responsible for issues outside of their control, ie poor weather, power blackouts, insects ie mosquitoes or sandflies, spiders etc, internet or appliance failure or activities not directly in control of Lakeshores Accommodation. We will, of course, endeavour to rectify any issue should one arise however we cannot be held liable for such events. We must be given an opportunity to resolve any issues or move you to another of our properties before requesting any refunds.

• NOTE - All of our homes are treated regularly for pest control by qualified technicians but unfortunately living on the Australian coast some of these are expected in the area.

Funky little cottage well fitted out inside. A block from the lake (unspoilt by McMansions) with lovely walks and sunsets. Handy to everything. I stayed 3weeks and had to buy kitchen utensils as not equipped for much cooking. One pot with no lid that fit. Likely only set up for weekenders. Gorgeous bathroom. Lovely finishing touches to skylights and windows. Laundry all new. Internet a bit off and on but perseverance got it going. Heater excellent with gas heater plus wood burning firebox. Outdoors a bit neglected but could be fabulous with some TLC. Recommend this cute little cottage and would stay again

Close to local attractions. Quality utilities, in particular the kitchen and the bathroom. Ideal for two persons. My complaint, if any, is that there are only two chairs suitable for the dining table but we have three people.

Funky little shack
Nice place to stay for two people and two Pooches. Easy walk to lake side and shops. Lovely hotel style towels and linen are provided. Beware the hot water in the kitchen is really really hot !
