The location of this apartment was perfect. Close to everything with plenty of great restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, the apartment itself wasn't great. It was not clean and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned before our stay. There was only one bath towel each for our stay of 4 days, no hand towels for the bathroom as well as no kitchen towels. The kitchen had not been wiped down and the sponge was too dirty to use. On top of that, the shower did not drain properly. If location is your top priority then this is the spot. But if cleanliness is important to you, I would pass on this one.

Great location; Unit needs attention

This could be a wonderful property, but it needs some work. Air conditioning was marginal. Shower/tub drained VERY slowly. Needed missing extension cord to plug in the main lamp. Could not access freezer drawers due to tight kitchen space. No privacy blinds on the windows. Other little things as well, but you get the idea. Property manager responded to requests for extension cord and additional towels and late check out, but ignored our concerns regarding the drainage issues.

Location! Location! Location! Being in the West Village was perfect for my solo stay in NYC. It was close to all the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops I wanted to check out. The bed was super comfy, and the place had just what I needed. It needed a bit of cleaning though. The microwave hadn’t been used in a while with spiderwebs inside, and the fridge needs a good wipe down inside. Other than that I was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was a typical West Village studio. Lots of character in the apartment, building and neighborhood. Very walkable neighborhood with lots to do. We would stay here again.
