Loved the hotel’s lobby, bar and common areas on Lobby Floor. Upon checking, all three of our rooms were overbooked and we were upgraded to a “suite” but it slept less people than our chosen room. They gave us to rollaway beds. The hotel rooms are terrible. Broken floor boards, the electrical outlet came loose when my son pull out his charging cord, the bathrooms are in line with those in a mental ward, our room was never clean/serviced, there’s a constant knocking in pipes that kept us from sleeping both nights, the hallway rugs are broken, and there was what I assume to be a service Beagle loose without a leash in the hallway. The hotel has a lot of potential but has a long way to go. I spoke to the manager and associates about everything, but they have yet to make it right.
