Another Marvelous Visit!
In the past two years, this is the 2nd time I stayed at this property. Everything is just as nice as the first time. I always appreciate the little things, like the Keurig with pods so I don't have to buy coffee for a short visit. The host is very responsive should any issues arise. The location is great - within a mile of Loyola/Tulane for family visits. A market and fun restaurants are just 2 short blocks away. Very easy to get a rideshare from this location to anywhere you want to go in the city. Hoping this will be available for my trip!

Perfect for college move in weekend
We needed a place to fit the family for move in weekend and this fit the bill. Decent walk to campus and to restaurants in Freret. Owners were super responsive and it had everything we needed and more (little things like it having Keurig coffee pods for their Keurig machine and laundry detergent was nice since it's not something you want to buy or bring for a few night stay).

Ok stay.
The rental unit was very clean and tidy. Communication with the host was easy and prompt, and check-in was seamless. The photos accurately represented the unit when we arrived. The unit was quiet at night, which is important as my family is sensitive to noise at night when trying to sleep. But for us, the location was not as optimal as we had hoped. While it was away from the main party scene in NOLA, the walls with the adjoining unit were very thin, and we could hear parts of our neighbors' conversations, their dogs barking (fortunately only during the daytime), and their floors creaking when walking. Also, one of the neighbors a few doors down the street had a very loud outdoor party on the street one day, with music blasting for hours. (fortunately it was in the daytime hours only). The neighborhood was not very busy (perhaps because it was in June?) with very few people milling about Freret St, and the unit is just 1 block from Oschner Hospital -- both of which did not instill the feeling that the neighborhood was particularly safe, though we didn't think it was very dangerous as long as you were street smart. Nevertheless, we did not go out at night. The only minor points were that many of the towels were bleach stained and need replacing, and the laundry detergent had run out (check-out process requires starting a load for used towels). Considering all of these things, the rental rate is likely fair.

Very cute and nicely decorated 2 bedroom with nice updates. Convenient location as we were visiting our daughter in college. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and a grocery store.

Great 2 night Stay on our out rod trip
The house was was just as pictured. Beds and bedding were comfortable and looked beautiful together. Kitchen was adequately equipped and the house was convenient to everywhere we planed to visit. Great stay!

Comfort at the Magnolia Marvel
Our family of three spent four nights in this comfortable home in a very convenient and safe location. Walked just a few blocks to nearby coffee bar/bakery, restaurant, and market. Check-in was easy and when we struggled a bit with the television (operator issue!), the managers were quick to reply to our text. Had everything we needed: comfy beds, quality television, wifi, and parking out front. The location was truly convenient to many areas we wanted to explore such as the French Quarter and Garden District. Head neighboring dogs bark a few times, but not at night when we were sleeping. Would definitely stay here again when we return to NOLA.
