*Living room with an additional futon for extra sleeping space
*Fully equipped kitchen — stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances
*Private bathroom with a bathtub
*Fresh linens, towels, and all essentials provided — just settle in and enjoy
🚪 Private Entrance Info:
*The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessed via a set of wooden stairs on the outside of the home. Please use the gate at the front of the house, which leads directly to the staircase and your private entrance.
🌿 Extra Perks:
*Backyard access — a peaceful spot to enjoy some fresh air
*Driveway parking available, plus free street parking
*My two older, very friendly dogs may occasionally be in the backyard to use the bathroom
*You’re welcome to use anything in the apartment — it’s fully stocked for your stay

Outstanding location and room. Please recheck the structure of the outdoor stairs. There are no support pullers from the top landing to the ground level. They’re attached directly to the home but has gaps by the windows. The stares are very slippery when wet and the arm rails are below waist level. Unfinished wood rails make splinters a thing. Super clean, quiet and relaxing. Would reserve again if we come back to the area. Thank you so much for all the support.
