Excellent accommodations!

This was a family trip with a group of 5, myself, husband and three adult children - all boys! We had more than enough room and it was a great location in relation to getting to Broadway/downtown. We enjoyed the dartboard and Uno. It has everything, enough beds, which were comfortable. Three restrooms and a full kitchen. Our sons said if they return with friends, THIS is where they will stay!!!

The location is amazing for Nashville. 10-15 minites from everywhere including Broadway and the Opry. The room had no storage space for clothes at all and was very cramped in the bedroom space. Lack of drawers and night stands was an issue.

Property was wonderful. The many amenities were a lively treat. Unit was extremely clean and parking a plus. Would definitely choose for longer stay i the city. Kitchenette would be so hany for linger stay!

This apartment was so cute! It had a a full kitchen with dishes even for cooking. Everything we needed for our stay was there and even a record player and vinyls and an accoustic guitar to enjoy. Entry was easy with a code and the area was safe and close to all the places we wanted to go in Nashville. Oh, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. No complaints at all!

So conveniently located. The layout allowed for us all to have essentially our own apartment space with a beautiful shared area. Germantown was seconds away and the farmers market and museum were a minute walk. Broadway was a quick uber. So much fun!!

Building seems relatively new, walkable to broadway. Ample parking. No washing machine as stated. Surfaces and bed was clean, but floor and carpet were very dirty. Had teething issues getting into the property but staff were very responsive and helpful when called. Area seemed worse than what it was, but that’s just because there was no one else walking so was quite eerie. Walked back from Broadway at night multiple times.

The only thing I didn't like, was the parking. The parking lot is very small, which caused us to have to park on the street. But, the Conway is set-up very nice. There's a Walgreens across the street, and a Kroger's down the street. So u can shop and cook at the apartment. I absolutely loved my stay with my family. I will be visiting again.

The floors in kitchen were pretty dirty and appeared to be from prior stay. Fridge seal was broke upon arrival . Walls were pretty dirty and banged up . Otherwise it was a great place to stay for our larger group besides some of the cleanliness issues above

Really nice unit. Amazing decor. It is Brand new. Germantown is an up-and-coming area. Close to the downtown strip of Broadway Street. Easy access to everything. Units can be noisy. Earplugs are provided. Comes stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. Bathroom well stocked as well.hairdryer towels, shampoo everything. Just need some hooks so that towels dry out heating system is really good. That is very comfortable on the soft side. Excellent customer service from Avantstay representatives. really enjoyable stay

First, the studio was clean, comfortable, had great coffee and amenities. The bed was great. A few suggestions: a small table or rack in bathroom would be helpful. A small area rug in the kitchen and mat in the bath would be nice since the floors are cold :-). Maybe more directional signs as the building has several addresses. I would stay again except that the area immediately surrounding the building is questionable. There was a homeless camp across the street. Needles at the curb. No one hassled us, but I wouldn't walk around alone.

Fully equipped kitchenette was very convenient! Room was fairly clean upon check-in and decor was curated and cute. Bathroom layout was somewhat small and not a lot of sink counter space or shelves with an open shower. Areas around the building were walkable, within 10 min walk of the farmers market, coffee shops, convenience stores, etc.

the room heat wasn’t working for 12 hours , the bathroom has no heat , shower door missing,stains on shower floor,stains on walls in bathroom plus they should have grab bars in the shower on a positive note the staff was great and it was only 2 blocks from the new year’s eve event they should up date there rooms take a little pride if you want people to come back

It was on the level of a European Youth Hostel. The experience could have been improved with better communication between tenet and property management, timely repairs, better signage, and courtesy toward honest customer service.

Overall, the accommodations were comfortable for a quick overnight stay. The studio was unkept and not cleaned upon arrival. Cobwebs, dust, dirty walls and surfaces, even hair and stains on and in the bedding.
