Enjoy a relaxing stay in an air conditioned and sunny house with patio and sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a full bath. There's a dedicated wifi connected workspace in the 3rd bedroom. The Lowdermilk Park beach is within a short bike ride or drive. A walking path, community pool/athletic club & bike rental are within a short walk. This is the perfect place for four people. It is ready to host anyone looking to relax in comfort and be in the heart of Naples. Every bit of furniture in the house is new, and it is professionally cleaned and managed. We are in constant contact with our management and cleaning crew who are committed to preparing the house for your comfort and enjoyment. Lake Park is a great neighborhood in a fabulous location - 10 minute walk to 5th Ave and a short bike ride or drive to Lowdermilk Park Beach which has public parking. Around the corner from Lake Park Diner, three minutes' drive to Naples Zoo, tons of concerts, marina and boat rentals, Tin City, Bay Front restaurants and bars, a community pool/athletic club for a small fee, and other great attractions.

Old Naples Lives!
This well situated home is a great taste of Old Naples. Our family of four had everything we needed to be comfortable and close to the beaches, shops, and outdoor recreation opportunities of the area without being subjected to the more recent glitz (and prices!) of the 5th Avenue scene. Will be back.

Great Experience!
We had a great time at Kenia's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
