The property was very clean had a really great view. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The owner stays on the property but in a different building - she was extremely friendly and hospitable.
Our only two nitpicks are that there was no TV and there were no chairs out on the balcony - it would have been awesome to be able to sit outside and enjoy the view.
Overall it was a really good stay and we would return next time we’re in the area. We highly recommend!
Address was listed via Google Map link inaccurate. It was the neighbors who were awesome to te-direct

The owners of the property moved out for our stay. The owners left their stuff in the freezer and fridge. If you are okay with staying in another persons place, this is the place for you.
The property was perfect! And our host was so very kind and helpful. When we arrived she took the time to show us where everything was, and had the wifi password readily available on a notepad. There was 1 day it had rained a little, and she was thoughtful enough to move our fabric camp chairs from the deck into the carport to prevent them from getting all wet. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were well equipped with everything you might need. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen living area was spacious. The property location was absolutely perfect for us, as each day we ventured out on day trips, and arrived back to play games in the evening. Both Nanaimo and Parksville were close enough so that running into town to get last minute items was easy and convenient. The only negative would be the parking on the property. The property is on a hill, so parking was on a noticeable angle. But all of the property's positives far outweigh that minor negative. We would definitely stay again!
