This incredible villa with high-end materials will not leave you indifferent, fully equipped with everything you may need to spend a dream vacation and in an area of absolute tranquility. On the main floor you will find a double bedroom, with two single beds, and a complete bathroom as well as the main bedroom, with a double bed, its own dressing room and a complete ensuite bathroom. Its spacious open plan living room features a Smart-TV, internet, a large and comfortable sofa and access to the terrace through a large sliding door, it flows into the kitchen which counts on a breakfast bar and it's equipped down to the smallest detail: oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and kettle, next to it there is the utilities room with washer-dryer,

All the rooms on the main floor have access, through glass sliding doors, to the magnificent terrace and outdoors dining area with an Argentine charcoal barbecue, solarium with sunbeds and its wonderful private pool (heat able with an extra cost).
Moving on to the basement, we will find a large bedroom with a King Size double bed, a dressing room and a complete ensuite bathroom. It also has its own terrace and a games room with a ping-pong table.

The villa lies in a privileged location; just a 14 minutes’ walk from Tauro beach and 12 from the highly recommended restaurant "Guantánamo". Tauro offers quiet beaches, shopping areas, supermarkets and a promenade that connects to Amadores beach with Puerto Rico and Playa del Cura. A wonderful walk at sunset along the coast!
12 minutes by car separate this enclave from Playa del Inglés or Maspalomas, Mogán or Taurito are just 5 minutes away and about 30 minutes from the airport.

Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
