The space
Enjoy a bright, spacious coastal home designed for comfort and easy vacation living. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas create the perfect space to relax and spend time together.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, while updated furnishings and Smart TVs add comfort throughout the home. A convenient hallway bunk area provides extra sleeping space, offering the feel of a bonus 4th bedroom.
Upstairs, the primary suite features a private ensuite bathroom and balcony—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or unwinding after a day at the beach.
Step outside to the covered patio and fenced backyard, ideal for relaxing outdoors and especially convenient for guests traveling with pets. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience during longer stays.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the home and the amenities of the gated Villas of Frangista community. Take a short stroll to the large community pool or head to the private deeded beach access, approximately 880 yards away, for an easy day by the Gulf.
Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the garage and driveway. Please note that HOA regulations do not allow RVs, boats, trailers, or street parking within the community.
