Thanks to its ideal location just 200m from the cycle paths, you can explore the special places in our region while exploring our magnificent pine forests. You can also take pleasant walks along the current which will take you to our magnificent sandy beaches. On the interior side, the accommodation includes an entrance, a bathroom, a WC, a kitchen area (washing machine, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob), one room main room with flat screen TV and convertible sofa. Upstairs, a mezzanine with two 90 cm beds. Outside, you will have a pleasant terrace, a garden and a private parking space. Optional services: Sheets: €20 per kit / week Bath kit: 15€ / week Baby bed: 10€ / week WIFI box: €39 / week Property managed by a professional. Un séjour exceptionnel à proximité du courant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. La maison est spacieuse et idéale pour y séjourner en couple. Il y a un effet Loft avec la mezzanine, la cuisine ouverte et les grandes baies vitrées. Nous avons été séduits dès l'arrivée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour (cuisine, ménage, etc). Le jardin-terrasse est spacieux, agréable, bien aménagé et sans vis-à-vis, ce qui est un vrai plus. Ce que nous avons adoré, c'est surtout la proximité du courant de Mimizan, à quelques mètres de la maison, permettant de belles balades mais aussi une possibilité de navigation car la location possède un canoë une place avec rame. C'était vraiment un séjour idéal en tous points! La location a été gérée par Orpi, c'était vraiment parfait. Cela nous a donné envie de revenir louer chez eux l'an prochain.
