The Perch is one of two luxury glamping tents at our Boutique Mountain Camp, Wheat Creek Outpost.

The Perch is our largest tent, offering the ultimate outdoor experience without sacrificing comfort. Fully climate-controlled with heating and A/C, it lets you enjoy the outdoors your way, roll up the large Serengeti-style canvas doors and screened porch on sunny days, or keep them closed for cozy indoor comfort.

Other things to note - Upon reservation, guest is agreeing to indemnify and hold Owner and Owners agents harmless from any injury that is suffered on the property, or from any equipment provided by the Owner.

Please note, this property is located in a wooded, natural setting, and you may encounter wildlife or insects during your stay. This could include deer, raccoons, skunks, coyotes, bears, ducks, mosquitos, mice, spiders, bees, wasps, black flies, crickets, or ants. These creatures are part of the natural environment, and while we do our best to maintain the area, we cannot control Mother Naturere, refunds are not issued for encounters with wildlife.

As a pet-friendly property, we do not permit the use of poisons, toxins, or glue traps. Thank you for helping us keep Wheat Creek safe for all our guests furry or otherwise.

The owners, live on-site to ensure the property is well-maintained and secure. They're always happy to assist if you need anything but will fully respect your space and privacy. You may spot them around the grounds with their friendly dog, Dudley, but rest assured they wont interrupt your stay unless invited. That's a promise.
