The house is located in Milis, one of the most picturesque villages in the Montiferru region, known for its historic homes, citrus groves, and authentic atmosphere. From here, it’s easy to set out to explore Sardinia’s west coast: in just a few minutes, you can reach the beaches of S’Archittu, Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, Putzu Idu, and the Sinis region, with the turquoise waters of Is Arutas and Mari Ermi. There is a golf course just a few kilometres away.

The area also offers nature trails through woods and past springs, visits to ancient parish churches and nuraghi in the area, as well as the scents and flavours of Sardinian tradition. Milis is also an ideal starting point for exploring nearby villages such as Bonarcado, Riola Sardo, Cuglieri, and Seneghe, which are rich in crafts, poetry, and culinary culture.
