Okay stay
The house was not as clean as I would have liked. The tub had to be washed out before use. There were HUGE cockroaches in the house and rats in the backyard. The location was in a very mixed neighborhood with a lot of abandoned and run down houses. Did not always feel safe coming home at night. The AC in one of the bedrooms did not have a remote controller, or we could not find it. There are a bunch of strict rules about the house that were unnecessary, like specific temperatures we had to abide by. The lock and key code on the door was difficult to use. Being in Miami and close to attractions is what you’re paying for, which was nice but not worth it in my opinion. Wish we had stayed elsewhere. The house was spacious enough for 9 guests which was nice. Overall, glad we didn’t have to stay for more than a weekend. Not horrible but not amazing. Host was responsive but there was not much that could’ve been changed to fix our issues and we did not want to ask for issues to be resolved for such a short stay. Wasn’t worth the effort
