Perched high above the sparkling azure waters, this stunning retreat offers an unrivaled beach side experience that will leave you enchanted and rejuvenated. Venture beyond the walls of our penthouse and you`ll discover a treasure trove of activities and attractions. Take leisurely strolls along the sandy shorelines, engage in thrilling water sports, or explore the vibrant local culture and cuisine

Our unit is a great option for guests looking for a spacious and well-appointed accommodation with plenty of amenities and a convenient location on the beach. It comes with 2 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline, WiFi and Cable TV included.

The master bedroom features two queen-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The guest bedroom also offers two queen-sized beds with its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there are two rolling beds available for extra convenience.

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

I would not stay again

Pro's- large quiet condo with good views of the ocean. Beautiful lobby & great pool. Located across from the trolly stop. Con's- Pictures online do not represent the actual condition of the condo. This condo needs to be professionally deep cleaned & remodeled. The condo offers the bare minimum , is cheaply decorated & furnished. We were met with roaches , worn out kitchen utensils , terribly uncomfortable beds & stained linens . We would not stay at this location again.
