The hotel is a no-star!!! This is one of the nastiest hotels on South Beach. They have roaches! The air conditioner is a wall mount. The air conditioner is dripping water from the ceiling to the floor! Water is in the middle of the floor. Cloth headboards to attract bed bugs. Room is just filthy!!! The bathroom shower glass has mold on it and there is mold on the bathroom floor. Disinfectant wipes, Lysol spray, and air purifier plug in was not enough. That’s what I bring to hotels since the pandemic to sanitize the room. But this room needed a whole room makeover!!! Don’t stay at this hotel!!!!!!!!!

Pro: this hotel is close to Washington,Collins, and ocean drive. The 3 main streets. You don’t need a car to commute unless you really have to leave the area. The beach only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Restaurants next door for the eaters. Con: the room I was in 207 is really bad. Holes in the wall. Behind the doors. The dressers were broken. The shower has only one glass so water goes all over the floor. The shower was dirty as if they were never clean. Mold seems to be all around due to humidity. Need to invest in some new furniture for the rooms. The bed was down near touching the ground. Everything seems old. List goes on. I suggest you should spend a few more dollars to get an actual clean hotel room. I wouldn’t stay here unless it was the last thing available.

The owner of the property was lovely! We arrived a bit before check in and he let us have our room early. Very much appreciated since we had just been on a cruise and had lots of luggage and were tired. Quick walk to Miami Beach, many restaurants and shopping- excellent location
