Built
according to the architectural principles of the ancient farms premises
and equipped with all the comforts of modern luxury villas: a combo
winning for Masseria Villa that offers itself in all its charm as the
perfect place to spend a holiday in Puglia is in the nature, among the
scents of the sea and the fragrances of the pine forest, be pampered by
all the accessories such as the swimming pool, the solarium, the air conditioning in every room wi-fi , and much more. Masseria Villa has two levels, furnished in mediterranean style and comfortable.
The ground floor, under the large and cool star, there are a wide living with the dining and sofas for relaxing. Next, over an arch, is the great kitchen in a rustic style, equipped with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, with direct output on one of the verandas where you can dine in the open. On this floor there is a small service bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor: here are the 6 bedrooms,
of which 3 are doubles (one with single bed in the bedroom adjacent to
the step), 3 doubles and a single for a total capacity of 12 beds.
From here you climb on the terrace equipped with solarium and gazebo, for a refreshing dip in the swimming pool with sea view.

Masseria Villa is a luxury mansion in the mediterranean style. Is sea front, in the pine forest in front of the beach of Torre Specchia Ruggeri, on the coast of Melendugno, just 3 kilometres from San Foca,
the most famous and most populated among the marine's award-winning
decades with the Blue Flags. In the centre of San Foca there are all the
main services, in addition to many activities, restaurants, snack bars,
street food, bakeries, supermarket, newsagents and much more. Several
lidos where you can enjoy the most of the sea pampered by all the
comforts. Roca Vecchia, with the Cave of Poetry, is located about 4 kilometres. The centre of Lecce is at a distance of 24 kilometres. 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 100 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September .
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Bonfire and barbecue are strictly forbidden.
