We recently stayed at Peninsula Hot Springs Designer Home in Fingal for my husband’s birthday and was really looking forward to our short weekend stay especially with the year we had all endured. Unfortunately, the property we had booked was well under expectations. We started our stay with being provided the wrong security gate code and spent 40 minutes with property manager to try and sort out correct code. We ended up finding the grounds manager on premises to assist us in entering the property. By the time we accessed our property we could not contact the property manager due office being closed. The property did not provide a user manual/guide and we could not use facilities that we had expected to utilise on our trip - we could not operate the pool/spa, locate the tennis court, access the internet etc. We contacted the property manager via their out of office hours throughout our entire stay with no response. For the amount we spent on renting this property, it is fair to that people staying here needs come well prepared. Further to their advertised condition of no linen and towels provided, basic supplies was also not provided - minimal toilet paper, no coffee pods (no point having machine if we need to bring own pods), Wi-Fi. For the amount you pay to stay at this property, our experience was very underwhelming and would not recommend staying at the property or using this property manager.
