With impeccable styling and quality fittings and fixtures throughout, this 4 bedroom, split level home in Fingal minutes from the Peninsula Hot Springs is bound to impress. A very quiet street, this holiday home is suited for a family group. With open plan living, all the modern comforts and spectacular views of Fingal from every window you won't ever want to leave!

The kitchen and living room;
The near new kitchen is located on the middle level and is the heart of the open plan living; featuring stone bench tops, a breakfast bar with stools, dishwasher, 900 mm gas stove and oven, a full size fridge and a De Longhi coffee machine. Dine in style on the large industrial table with a back drop of the sprawling Fingal golf course views.
There is a sitting room on the entry level where you can unwind with a book, or downstairs there is a large rumpus room which the whole family can enjoy. Ceiling to floor glass creates a seamless flow to the tiered outdoor decks and pool areas. The interior open plan design is complimented with the comfort of wide screen TVs, Wi-Fi and split system heating and cooling.

The bedrooms and bathrooms;
The entry level features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers the comfort of a queen size bed, WIR and ensuite. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed and the third bedroom accommodates 3 guests in tri bunks. These are all serviced by a modern spacious family bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground level and accommodates 3 guests with another Tri Bunk, perfect for the kids. This level has a bathroom and there is a powder room for added convince at the home.

Lounge in style around the solar heated pool and spa area overlooking the backyard which has it's very own private basketball and tennis courts, golf course and stunning sunsets. The weber BBQ is conveniently located on the upper deck with direct access to the open plan living area and kitchen. There is a single carport and large drive with parking for 3 cars.

Bad management
We recently stayed at Peninsula Hot Springs Designer Home in Fingal for my husband’s birthday and was really looking forward to our short weekend stay especially with the year we had all endured. Unfortunately, the property we had booked was well under expectations. We started our stay with being provided the wrong security gate code and spent 40 minutes with property manager to try and sort out correct code. We ended up finding the grounds manager on premises to assist us in entering the property. By the time we accessed our property we could not contact the property manager due office being closed. The property did not provide a user manual/guide and we could not use facilities that we had expected to utilise on our trip - we could not operate the pool/spa, locate the tennis court, access the internet etc. We contacted the property manager via their out of office hours throughout our entire stay with no response. For the amount we spent on renting this property, it is fair to that people staying here needs come well prepared. Further to their advertised condition of no linen and towels provided, basic supplies was also not provided - minimal toilet paper, no coffee pods (no point having machine if we need to bring own pods), Wi-Fi. For the amount you pay to stay at this property, our experience was very underwhelming and would not recommend staying at the property or using this property manager.
